within the past hour.. the man charged with killing a teenager over an ipad learned he'll spend the rest of his life behind bars. michael solid and a friend stole an i- pad from 15-year-old marco arenas in 2013. when arenas tried to get it back.. solid ran over the teenager with his car.. killing him. a man accused of threatening tourists with a gun in front of the bellagio is getting probation. as 13 action news anchor christopher king tells us.. a judge is ordering khaleal black to undergo psychiatric treatment and take his medication. sentenced to four years behind bars. but today..the judge suspended that sentence. khaleal black..wearing dark jail scrubs..and handcuffed..says he's sorry. "yes, i'd like to apologize to the officers and everybody-i'm on medication and i'm doing a lot better." an attorney says..black is a man..who is deeply..psychologiall y disturbed. at the cape canaveral air force station in florida. the falcon-9 rocket was being tested for a commercial launch when it blew up. the blast was so powerful.. it was felt at the nearby kennedy space center and rattled windows in titusville.. more than a mile away. fortunately.. no one was near the launch pad when it happened. the cause is still unknown. unfolding right now from the breaking news center - a dramatic coast guard rescue. stranded on a damaged fishing boat that was a damaged fishing boat that was sinking near the golden gate bridge. this video just came in minutes ago as a chopper flew over the scene. no doubt those people were terrified as the boat was inching more and more into the water. but crews got to the stranded people in time. minutes ago, they pulled everyone from the boat and got them to safety. to the west.. on florida's other coast..
