oz show.. showing he's in good health. trump's campaign also issued a statement saying he has the stamina to endure.. uninterrupted.. the rigors of a punishing presidential campaign. a 13 year old boy is dead in columbus, ohio.. after being shot by a police officer who reportedly mistook his b-b gun for a lethal weapon. police say it started with reports of an armed robbery. when officers arrived.. they saw three people. two took off running. officers say.. as they t suspects into custody.. one drew the b-b gun from his waistband and the officers opened fire. the shooting is now under investigation. and in texas... a burglary suspect is dead after a shootout with police. four officers were investigating a car burglary at an apartment complex...when they found a man trying to run away. one officer used a taser on the suspect...but they say he rolled over with a gun and shot at one of the officers. the officers fired back...hitting the man.

the officers were not hurt. new information this afternoon on the man accused of torching the islamic center of fort pierce where orlando nightclub shooter omar mateen attended. joseph schreiber has been denied bond.. and charged with arson and a hate crime. the fire started late sunday night on the 15th anniversary of 9-11. detectives say schreiber has admitted to starting the fire.. and made anti-islamic posts on social media. the family of sandra bland has reached a 1-point-9 million wrongful death lawsuit. you may remember...a texas officer arrested bland last year during a traffic stop. three days later she was found dead in her jail cell -- her death ruled a suicide. the officer who arrested bland-- brian encinia-- was fired for allegedly lying about the circumstances of bland's arrest. the settlement includes compensation for bland's death as well as several changes to jail procedures.

quitting can help lower the risks of dying early from a variety of tobacco- related illnesses... and it's possible that e-cigarettes might help people give up smoking altogether. kim hutcherson has the latest new research out of the united kingdom indicates that the use of e-cigarettes may have helped thousands quit smoking. the study was published wednesday in the british medicinal journal. researchers at university college london analyzed information from the "smoking toolkit" study, which looked at
