the nba and the game of basketball can continue bringing people together and build-up their communities. nats of girl screaming growing outrage after new video shows an officer pepper spraying a 15-year-old girl in the back of a police car. the girl was arrested and charged with assault and disorderly conduct after allegedly hitting the car with her bike. officers claim she was combative when they tried to get her into the patrol car. turned out to protest the girl's treatment. (tekesha ann martinez, hagerstown resident) "she was 15 years old. so you can't tell me that two grown men needed to use that type of force to try to do whatever to her." investigators are now reviewing the incident. a high school student in hesperia, california is in custody after authorities found what's described as a detailed plan to shoot 33 students and staff members. police say he had access to firemarms.. and also talked about using
