the national guard says... more than.... -4- hundred troops will be in charlotte.... by the end of the day. the goal..... is to try to stop scenes like these..... from playing out for a third night in a row. we have a crew there.... in charlotte.... as this unfolds. the city of charlotte still reeling from the violence last night and they're gearing up and bracing for what could potentially be another chaotic night. i'm todd walker with how new details this evening.... on a north las vegas doctor accused of inappropirately touching a patient. we've just gotten the arrest report..... for docotr jorge burgos. 13 action news anchor..... christopher king reports... police say.... burgos groped a patient in his office.... last month. this is the police report. it is graphic. police say..this isn't the first time patient accused the doctor..of crossing the line.

jurge burgos groped a patient..inside his office at east lake mead boulevard and mcdaniel..during what was supposed to be an medical exam. according to the report..burgos hugged the woman..and..quote.. "started kissing her on the neck, so she pushed him away and told him to stop." police will not release the woman's name..since she is a victim. the report goes on to read.."he put his arms around her waist." burgos.. "lifted up the front of her shirt and she told him to stop listen." the report also indicates.."burgos then put his mouth on her chest and started sucking." it goes on to say he tried to hug and kiss her three or four times. even more disturbing..police say.. other patients have complained. north las vegas police reveal..a patient "accused him of kissing her"..back in 2011. police urge any other victims to come forward. we are working to get more details on this story. christopher king, 13 action news. big changes are coming to the clark county school district.. and it will give principals a lot more power.

charlotte tonight in anticipation of another turbulent night.. 3 days after keith scott was shot and killed by police police officers told me last night they expect even more protestors tonight.. and the type who likely are intent on causing riots.. because they saw the video from last night. --vo cover-- this is video we shot from the middle of the riots last night.. as police fired tear gas into the crowd as it was getting out of hand.. the police really seemed to be playing catch up all night.. which put them at a distinct disadvantage.. now that the governor has the national guard is deploying to help control the crowds.. this is video of them this morning.. getting ready and heading out. tonight - officers on foot and bike patrol and dirt bikes. helicopters. more than 1-thousand cameras to monitor the city. national guard and state police will protect buildings and infrastructure, allowing police to focus on people who are committing crimes, damaging propery, and assaulting people. the state has activated 316 troops for security and crowd control. in the middle of last night's chaos.. gun shots rang out..
