his son from school. police say officers were in the neighborhood to arrest someone else when they say they saw scott with marijuana and a gun and made the decision to approach him. a 13 action news update now on the search for a california teenager. these two men.. and the girl are now behind bars facing murder charges. 17-year-old kaitlynn yost was reported missing yesterday after her parents and another person were found dead inside police say yost later called police saying.. quote.. my parents have died. the motive for the killings are still unknown. the n-t-s-b and the f-a-a are now investigating a deadly plane crash in upstate new york that killed three people. authorities say the two small planes collided on sunday morning while they were heading to a small airport. you can see the wreckage of the aircrafts in an open field. no one on the ground was injured. officials are now looking into

growing all day. the marlins cancelled their game against the atlanta braves yesterday because of the tragedy. the sports world is also mourning the passing of golf legend arnold palmer. palmer passed away yesterday at a pittsburgh hospital while waiting for heart surgery. palmer rose from humble beginnings in a small pennsylvania town to become one of the first sports superstars of the t- v era. his fans.. known as 'arnie's army'.. watched him win nearly 90 tournaments. palmer was also one of the original inu world-golf hall of fame. arnold palmer was 87-years-old. nevada is one of five states voting this november on whether to legalize recreational marijuana. so what exactly would that mean? if the measure passes, it would allow allow adults to legally possess up to one ounce of marijuana, or 1/8 ounce of concentrated marijuana, starting january first. our local government could make rules on where marijuana
