congressman heck's become part of the problem in washington. heck voted to protect perks for politicians like himself, allowing congressmen to travel on private jets at taxpayer expense and voted members of congress, like himself, taxpayer-funded healthcare for life. heck even voted to allow congressmen to take their pay during a government shutdown. congressman heck is what's wrong with washington.

a man appeared to be shooting..... random people..... sitting in their cars. when officers got there.... the suspect turned his gun.... on them. that's when.... they killed him. -9- people are injured... one is in critical condition. police say... the suspect is lawyer..... apparently having issues.... with his firm. they say.... he may have been planning... more violence. a dog won't stop barking from a balcony at a valley apartment complex..
