a number of accidents -- leave 2 people dead -- and several others -- seriously injured. good evening -- and welcome to 13action news. i'm christopher king. a man is dead -- after a motorcycle crash. let's go right to 13-action news reporter -- david schuman. he's live -- near mojave and sahara -- with how this tragedy happened. david. this neighborhood is still taped off as police investigate by that home in the corner. metro says a motorcycle rider riding these streets and lost control of the bike. he slid right into the open garage and nearly went through the wall into the inside of the home. the man had done several run throughs on these narrow streets after doing some maintenance work on the motorcycle..according to police. officers say the 29 year old was wearing a full helmet but there was nothing that could be done to save him.

saw the crash says he can't get the noise of the screeching brakes out of his head. 000224 mickey smith, neighbor "it was a horrible sound. i would think he broke his neck emotional." the home the rider crashed into took some considerable damage. no one inside was hurt. reporting live david schuman 13 action news. right now -- metro is searching for a couple of robbery suspects. they say the pair -- robbed a business -- in the southeast part of the valley -- making off with an undisclosed amount of cash. no one was hurt. right now -- one man is dead -- three others -- injured -- after a crash -- near owens and h street. 13 action news -- fast and first -- to the scene -- early this morning. metro tells us -- two cars collided at the intersection.

verna mandez/battle born progress 09:44:47 "so we are actually protesting and mourning the 33,000 lives that are taken each year in america due to gun violence." activists say -- nearly 80-percent of nevadans -- support legal background checks for gun sales. new information this afternoon -- on that school shooting -- in south carolina. we've just learned -- the 6- year-old boy -- who was critically wounded -- has died. jacob hall -- had been fighting for his life -- after a 14-year-old boy -- went on a shooting rampage -- at townville elementary school -- on wednesday. another child -- and school staffer -- were injur well. the teenager is also accused of killing his own father -- just before the attack. investigators continue to look for clues in that deadly train crash in new jersey. so far -- they know the signals and track approaching the station seem to be normal. but a key piece of evidence is still missing. abc's daria albinger has more on the investigation. beneath a massive tangle of steel and glass? crucial evidence in the train crash that killed one person and injured 114 others.
