and boulder all night long is finally over.... officers say the man, in his 50s, stole his parents gun and threatened to blow up their home. eventually officers were forced to evacuate part of the neighbhorhood. 12:19:32 when swat comes out there is always guns inolved and we also when someone refuses to come out we exhaust all resources to have our patrol officers and supervisos the man is now in custody, but there is no word yet on what charges he may face. again, this situation just wrapped up so we are working to get more information from police.

they say he sexually assaulted a little girl on thanksgiving day. police say the 8 year old girl and her brother were playing out their home near buffalo and lake mead on thursday. that's when police say the man asked the boy to go inside so he could talk to the girl. the girl says the man then took her behind a building and sexually assaulted her. parents -- who live nearby were shaken by the news. it s a little bit alarming because i kw being very safe . its just i can't imagine something like that happen the suspect -- is described as an older male -- with a thin build -- with white or salt-and-pepper hair. two people are lucky to be alive after a fire burns down their home. the flames ignited -- in a wood-burning stove-- saturday night on san gabriel avenue -- near mission hills park investigators say the fire appears to be accidental.

campaign will take part in the recount in key battleground states. green party candidate jill stein pushed for the recount after a group of computer scientists claimed there were inconsistencies where people voted by paper, as opposed to voting machines. clinton's lawyer released a statement about why they are joining the recount effort. it reads...
