>> that tree is not big enough. >> no, it's not. human beings have a wide range of emotions. boy, oh, boy, do we get angry. this black car pulls into a spot right in front of a cleaning business, but that's really not a parking spot. and the shop owners approach the passenger and says, you can't park here. the guy disrespects and goes to a different business dude to do his shopping while this guy gets out and continues to get in the face of the shop opener. the man in the track suit returns about 45 seconds later. off camera, it looks like there was a scuffle. the woman shoves and pushes this guy out of the way. she swings and he lays her out. broke her jaw in about three places. she was in surgery for about three hours. now the driver hops in with the door open, nearly takes out the man and some people on the sidewalk before he sneaks away. >> this guy is a lunatic. >> a lot of comments under the video say hey, the woman swung

first. the guy was acting in self-defense. let's pay close attention to the car. see the guy in the car, there's a scuffle. i have watched this a dozen times. i can't tell who was aggressive first. >> did they ever catch up to the guy? we get a clear look at the license plate. >> no, they are offering a small reward but they did drive off. the police are looking for them. the next video also a domestic disturbance caught by somebody nearby. this guy climbs on top of a car that stops in the middle of the street. they do know each other, they appear to be partners. these vying to pair off the windshield wipers. the guy drives off and she lays on the roof of the car. the video ends there. certainly down the block, she did fall off and suffer minor injuries. police were called but no further charges we understand.

police are becoming the new ob/gyns of brazil, because very recently we had a video of a baby being born in a car with police officers. it happened again. mom was not going to make it to the hospital. the driver of the car she was in decided to ask a police officer for help. nobody had time to get her to a hospital and she, the baby, decided it was time to come and see what all the fuss was about. >> three. i mean squeeze. i mean push! >> the precious girl was taken to the hospital with her mommy. she was born at 8 pounds, 8 ounces. that was a big baby. >> i mean, the officers are heroes, but i'm repeatty sure mom is the biggest hero. that's a lot of baby. >> she didn't have any medication to numb any kind of pain. >> chewing on the seat belt. >> formally, they were able to get mom and baby to the hospital. baby needed a little help with the breathing but it's doing much, much better. and they are both expected to be
