sounds like congress might ask the faa to close a loop hole. >> more than 4700 helicopters are not required to have a crash resistent fuel system on board. colorado congressman, ed, believes that wrong and wants to close the loop hole that allowed that to happen. the flight for life crash in frisco was survivable yet the fire that resulted seconds after impact led to catastrophic burns that flight nurse remains hospitals to this day. today we learned congressman's office and jered's office, intends to introduce legislation tomorrow to urge, if not outright force the faa to require crash resistant fuel assistance on all newly built helicopters, from now on he would like to see it happen by the end of the year. the faa's plan could drag on for years and they want action now. this represents a new twist in
