woman dead at an apartment north of downtown. denver police say the woman was found yesterday at complex on park far from i-25-- ballpark neighborhood. identified the victim or the suspect. it's not clear if they knew each other. investigators are not saying how the woman died. we are learning more about the man killed in a crash with a police car. people who knew travis wood gathered to honor him at a vigil last night in westminster city park. wood was 24. he died last thursday when his car collided with a westminster police cruiser at federal and 88th avenue. his fiance-- julianne-- says the two were planning a july 4th wedding. the couple had just welcomed a baby boy-- travis

wood was an army veteran. westminster police are investigating what caused the crash. 4 children are recovering this morning - after being mauled by dogs in el paso county. the sheriff's office says a woman took her kids to her boss's house on saturday. they were checking on animals in a barn... when the kids were attacked. three had to have surgery. the sheriff's office says the man is facing charges of unlawful ownership of a dangerous dog... which is a misdemeanor. no one has been identified in this case. we now know what caused a hiker's death in eldorado canyon. the boulder county coroner's

robles died of multiple blunt- force injuries... back in september. robles was reported missing when he didn't return from a hike. his body was found 5 days later. his death has been ruled an accident. investigators say the shootings were random... and now the community of kalamazoo in michigan is struggling to make sense of the crime spree. authorities say 8 people were shot saturday night...6 have died. the 45 year old suspect is expected to be in court later today...he'll likely face murder 9news reporter the community had a vigil last night for the victims the victims were all just having a normal weekend when this happened... last night... the kalamazoo community wanted support to families impacted by the six people were random attacks saturday night. a father and his son...and four women in theier 60s those women were

police say the shootings started around 6pm on saturday... the suspect first targeted an area outside and apartment complex... shooting one woman. then a couple hours later... he started shooting at a car dealership...where a father and son were killed. the crime spree ended in a restaurant parking lot. 4 people were killed there...police originally thought one more person...a 14 year old girl who was shot in that parking lot also died... she was presumed dead for an hour. but when doctors were preparing to harvest her organs-- she squeezed her mother's hand-- and she was rushed into surgery...shes in critical condition. the prosecutor is calling it a miracle. the suspect is an uber driver...at least one person claims he rode with him the night of the shooting. uber says the suspect passed their background check....police say he did not have a criminal record. researchers have spent a lot of time studying people who sell items on ebay. studying people who sell items on ebay. and they turned up a surprising result

sell items on ebay. women sellers get 80 cents on the dollar compared to men. the study is magazine -- look at over 1 from 2009 to 2012. ebay doesn't require sellers to gender, but more than half of the time buyers were still able to determine a seller's gender. business leaders shot down several attempts at the legislature last year to raise colorado's minimum wage. this year, they may have to spend more to defeat a new attempt at the ballot. colorado families for a fair wage has filed two proposed constitutional amendments with the secretary of state's office that would raise workers' minimum hourly pay to $12 over the next four years. business leaders say the proposal, if passed, would lead to fewer jobs and hurt small companies. big companies in this country had a good tax-filing season in 2015. firms with at least 10-million dollars in assets faced the lowest irs audit decade. the tax agency says they just don't to keep up.
