he's denying claims that he actually did what he talked about on that access hollywood videotape. a woman claims trump groped her years ago. and... she's just one of several women now coming forward. jessica leeds tells the new york times trump assaulted her when she sat next to him on a plane. pageant contestants have also come forward: the trump campaign denies any of it ever happened-- and questions why the women waited years to report it. trump says the allegations are distracting from leaked emails from hillary clinton's aides. hillary clinton's campaign is pointing the finger at russia this morning over that new batch of 17-hundred emails released by wikileaks. republicans are seizing on that hack-- specifically one email from a top clinton aide.

updates. the fbi is now investigating after a bomb was found stashed inside of a backpack outside a marshal's office in nederland. the device was active-- but failed to detonate. a shopping center was shut down for hours as the bomb squad investigated wednesday. so far-- no arrests have been made. the boulder county sheriff's office says it's helping the f-b-i. they're asking anyone with information to call it in. answers this that killed a driver at the airport and hurt more than a dozens others last month. christine noel joins us now with reaction from that bus driver's family. the school bus accident that happened at the airport last month--- was just that--- "an accident"-- that's according to an autopsy report released yesterday of the driver-- 43- year-old kari chopper. there was no trace of drugs or alcohol in kari chopper's system before the crash happened. chopper was transporting members of legacy high school football team-- back on september

the airport near level four. 3 legacy football coached and 15 players were injured in the wreck-- chopper was the only person killed. while the report did not rule out they she made have had a heart issue--- the report says there is no proof-- that this was anything but an accident. kari choppers husband-- says that for him-- the report-- offers some much needed answers... josh chopper said until that autopsy report was released-- he had gone back out to dia-- to try and figure out what may have happened to his wife. he still wears his wife wedding ring on a chain around neck. the couple was married for 23 years. thanks christine federal investigators will not pursue charges - against a member of the e-p-a - over the spill from a mine that turned the animas

space station captured this view of nicole from orbit. in bermuda, they've been preparing for the hurricane. the storm had maximum sustained winds of 130 miles per hour. "nicole" is expected to pass "near or over" bermuda today. a storm this strong-- has never hit there before. happening today-- the united nations' 193-member states are expected to appoint portugal's former prime minister antonio guterres as the u- n's next secretary-general. e the general assembly said guterres would likely be approved by unanimous vote later today. guterres was nominated in security council last week to replace ban ki- moon when his term runs out at the end of the year. a man accused of shooting two teens who may have been trying to steal pot plants out of his yard-- could be formally charged later this week. one of the teens-- was killed-- the other could be paralyzed. legal experts are questioning whether colorado's "make my day" law could be used in this case.

morning in the backyard of a house near 28th and high street in denver. 15-year-old keylin mosley died. denver police searche the home of 48-year-old keith hammock'. they found two long rifles, ammunition and four spent cartridge caseings. they say a gun was also found near the teens. when the case goes to trial-- 9news legal analyst scott robinson says colorado's "make my day law" can not be used as a defense-- because the boys were outside-- not inside-- when they were shot. but there is a way that the ho hammond is still in jail. denver police are
