incumbent democrat michael bennet and republican challenger darryl glenn are expected to talk economics at the davita world headquarters tonight. the audience will be filled with business ceos from around the state. this forum comes days after a heated debate where glenn questioned bennet's support of a nuclear deal with iran. bennet used the debate to focus on glenn flip flopping his support of donald trump . the broncos are waking up with their second loss of the season last night they walked off the field with a loss against the san diego chargers. it's the first afc west division road game they've lost in six years. our experts put the blame on the broncos offense. the broncos behind by 8 in the final minute-- recover an onsides kick. q-b trevor siemian throws a "hail mary" that falls short. chargers win 21 to 13. we'll have highlights coming

burning car in september last year. geerdes has an arrest record dating back 28 years. he's faced theft, burglary, domestic violence and drug charges in the past. he'll be in court today for a pre trial conference hearing. he's facing charges of first- degree murder and second-degree arson. denver police continue the search for whoever shot and killed a man outside of "cold crush" bar on monday. in the meantime-- they're shutting that bar down. police are calling it a nuisance. officers say they've been to the bar many times posted a sign on the door-- that it was being shut down. one man was killed another was wounded-- in the shooting. the bar is at 27th and larimer. it had been named "best new bar" in denver just three years ago. people are questioning the decision to close what they consider one of the best hip hop bars in the area. the owners posted on facebook-- that they plan to fight to get the club back open. the legacy high school football coach - who spent more than a month in the hospital - is

wednesday according to the adams 12 school district. he is one of three coaches hurt - when their school bus - crashed into a concrete pillar near d-i-a. coaches kyle rider and wayne vorhees and 15 students were also hurt. the coroner's report, released this week says there was no trace of drugs or alcohol in the driver's system. it found that keri chopper did have an enlarged heart - and other medical issues at the time of the crash. she was the only person who died. it's about that time of year. in just w making their first runs of the season. snow guns have already covered one run at a-basin. operators say: the season could start any day now. they may need one or two more cold nights before they are ready to go. not too far away at loveland ski area-- they've had the snow dogs out. and toby, their bernese mountain dog-- has been making the rounds.. dressed up in bronco orange-- of

happening now-- colombia's president is extending a ceasefire with the country's largest rebel movement... trying to save a peace deal. president juan manuel santos extended the ceasefire to give more time to try and save the deal-- which was rejected by voters. on thursday-- santos announced the two-month extension of the ceasefire with leftist rebels. he made the announcement been demanding the peace accord be implemented immediately. santos is the winner of this year's nobel peace prize. bermuda's premier says there are no indications of any loss of life or serious injuries from hurricane nicole, which has left the island for open water. you can see-- the storme ripped through the island packing 115 mile an hour winds. it snapped trees as well as damaged buildings and boats.

power outages for more than 27- thousand customers. back in the u-s people in the "south east" are still reeling from hurricane matthew. the death toll has grown to 38. now-- new research is raising concern about how victims of the storm may cope. government data shows-- looked at survivors of hurricane katrina in 2005. it found that the hurricane shifted the areas of new orleans that are most at risk for substance abuse disorders. people living in flooded areas most at risk for drug and alcohol abuse. but that risk shifted to those from less-damaged, poorer parts of the inner city. researchers say using geographic data can help identify areas where people need extra help and interventions. happening in haiti-- emergency officials are balancing urgent needs with long- term priorities for victims of hurricane matthew. every morning a team of experts has met in each affected community to plan relief activities. the team consists

representatives of charities and haitian civil protection. each team member is tasked with a specific duty. hurricane matthew killed at least a thousand people and left one-point- four million others in need of aid--including many homeless. in florida health officials are warning people in another neighborhood-- that zika hase been found there. 5 people have tested postive for the virus. the governor made the announcement thursday. all five cases were found in a one square-mile-area just north of little haiti in miami. department of health-- a large portion of miami beach remains an active zika infection zone. as of last month miami's wynwood district had been cleared. more than one thousand people have been infected in the state... with 155 of those cases not being travel-related. another business following suit this morning saying it will close its doors for the thankgiving holiday. the reason behind their decision coming up. and playboy going digital as it reaches to become a lifestyle magazine--

office depot is the latest retailer to announce it will close its stores for thanksgiving, after opening on the holiday last year. the office supplies chain says shoppers will still be able to get deals online on its website, but its stores won't open until black friday at 6 a.m. closing on thanksgiving seems to be "coming back" for stores. several places that were not closed last year-- have announced

police officer's night is making the rounds on social media today. the camera captured the human side of policing. reminding the community -- officers are just like everyone else. reporter kevin e from our sister station in carollton, texas. stories like this usually start with the body cam video of a police officer. this time it was september 22nd 8:30 at night at a house in carrolton on josey lane. someone had complained about the noise. "how's it going guys. ya'll having like a party or something..." the officer found a group of young african american men in the street. but quickly found out it was a party with a very specific purpose. david opegbemi and his groomsmen were practicing for his wedding. a dance to surprise his bride. so what does a police officer ask next? "would you like to see some of it?" "yeah i would actually.." and right there in the middle of the street with his body cam rolling he got a private rendition of "my girl." "see..mine was nothing like that.." "who's getting married?" congratulations man.." "he saw an opportunity to reach out to the public and say hey look we're just like you are except we have a uniform a gun and a badge and we can have fun doing what we're doing just like you are right now." and days later, all that practice turned into this. david and his dancers, well- practiced, successfully pulled off their
