explosive that was left outside the nederland police station last week. the man was arrested over the weekend. last tuesday... detectives found a device in a backpack and brought it into the station--thinking it was lost property. it turned out to be an active explosive that failed to detonate. a fast moving grass fire burning hundreds of acres is forcing evacuations in the westcliffe area in custer county. that's southwest of canon city. evacuations in place along highway 165 -- from highway 96 to 165's mile marker eleven. there is an evacuation center set up at valley bible fellowship in westcliffe -- and another at craver middle school in colorado city. beulah school is closed today because of smoke coming from the fire. belen join us... today's weather isn't going to help
