at lowe's. rancher cliven bundy is headed back to nevada... to face his 16 count indictment. bundy was supposed to appear in a portland courtroom for a preliminary hearing tomorrow.... but that got canceled. the rancher was indicted yesterday, on charges related to the 2014 armed standoff against fedreal officials. he went to portland to see his sons, who were arrested after taking over the malheur wildlife refuge. his sons ammon and ryan are also included in the nevada indictment. a suspect is behind bars for shooting and injuring another man... and according to his arrest report, it's not the first time he's pointed a gun at the victim.
