inside is a complete loss... but that doesn't mean they're stopping with their mission. piles of burnt backpacks and charred clothes... all that's left after months of work -- went up in flames. fire nats "you work so hard to help so many children around the valley and to come and in one second have it be gone." the people's autism foundation had collected hundreds of backpacks, school supplies, and clothes all as part of it's annual back to school drive. workers were in the middle of delivering the supplies to families of children with autism when the fire broke out. "all the hours that i put in at night, it was worth it to see those children faces light up, they come here, their parents can get the resources they need, and now its starting from square one" next door, workers another non-profit -- mondays dark -- rushed to make sure their building was safe. "firemen all over the place, water everywhere, the flames were i think 30 forty feet high" the organizations

as a community space to hold fundraisers for non-profits -- but now it's one of the many groups reaching out and hoping to help the people's autism foundation recover. "we've already started collecting school supplies and things that they lost in this fire...the space is going to be an amazing community center and we're obviously going to partner with them immediately to help them get back on their feet" "im so thankful for all the community - everything that they do for us. we try so hard to partner with them, and now they're helping us" ...and helping the charity continue it's misison. " this was at the "luxe pet hotel". firefighters say no animals were hurt. but they were concerned a wall could fall on the building, so they took all of the animals out to

a woman was found dead last month, near the special events beach at lake mead. today, police released a video showing a person of interest they want to talk to. this is a picture of the victim... 61- year-old kathleen ploutz. metro says her body had signs of trauma. but they're still trying to figure out who killed her.... and their motive. take a look at this video... metro says this man was seen with ploutz the night before her body was found. he was seen at her home near sierra vista and paradise, and he was driving an s- u-v. ploutz is also seen in this video. if you have any information about kathleen ploutz' death, or this man metro is looking for, call crime stoppers at 702- 385-55-55. a bicyclist is in critical condition after a suspected drunk driver crashed into him. the crashed happened this morning just before eight, near harmon and arville. police say the victim is a man in his early fifties. he was traveling in the right hand lane when he was hit by a speeding chevy malibu.

"once officers arrived, thanks to that witness that led us to where he was. he failed field sobriety tests at the scene so he's been taken down to the jail for some further testing as to his sobriety so if he's intoxicated he faces felony dui charges and obviously felony hit and run charges." the victim was trauma in critical condition. police haven't said what charges the driver will face. boulder highway is one of the most dangerous roads in southern nevada. c-c-s-d police launched "operation pencil: to get drivers to watch out before school starts. fox5 was there while city leaders met once again to discuss the proposed n-f-l stadium in las vegas, a potential site to house the raiders. fox5's christine maddela walks us through the biggest developments. she's live in the newsroom... today we found out the proposed site locations are narrowed down to two: course, and the site on russell road and tropicana. but... the biggest obstacle in the way? time. "rescuers pull little girl from rubble, people can be heard yelling "julia" " rescue crews and bystanders are struggling with rough terrain and limited access in these small mountain towns. the six-point-two magnitude quake left several of these towns in

their lives. there was a outcry among allergy sufferers... after the price of the life-saving "epi- pen" skyrocketed. but now, the drug maker behind the shot says it will make it more affordable. the "epi-pen" is used to quickly treat a severe allergic reaction. drug company "mylan" raised the price of a standard two- pack of epi-pens from 100 dollars to 600 dollars. now, mylan says it will provide instant saving cards worth 300 dollars to patients who face high out-of- pocket costs. the drug maker will also expand the group of patients eligible for financial assistance. some of the victims who survived the orlando nightclub shooting can continue their recovery... without worrying about hospital bills. officials at the orlando regional medical center say they will not bill survivors for medical services. this is where most of the victims were taken after the massacre at pulse nightclub back in june. the hospital believes the total un-reimbursed costs it could incur exceed five million dollars.
