las vegas is expecting 300 thousand visitors over the labor day weekend, and that means a lot congestion highway around the valley fox5's eric hilt is live near i15 in jean has more on how some drivers are turning to their phones to help them get through the crowded highways this weekend. i talked with some drivers who say their phones are a huge help when it comes to navigating interstates clogged with people for the holiday weekend. they use an app called waze...and

traffic patterns, areas to avoid and where there could be crashes. it works by having other drivers put up alerts for people around them. you can even use it to find gas stations or bathrooms nearby. drivers i talked with said it is extremely useful on weekends like this one where they know there's going to be a lot of some said they will never go on a road trip without it. they're still looking into a cause. arson is being blamed - for a fire at a north las vegas church. it happened overnight - at the "holy trinity" a-m-e church on lola avenue - near las vegas boulevard and lake mead. a reverand tells fox5 someone threw something with a flammable liquid at the door and through the window... and some drapes caught fire. she said the church belives it was vandalism - and not a hate crime. no one was hurt. two deadly shootings last night - within minutes of each other. one took place just after 8 p-m on lake mead boulevard - just east of martin luther king boulevard. police said one person died as a result of that shooting. there was no immediate information concerning the circumstances or a suspect. the other shooting took place just before 8 on north circle - near the intersection of twain and paradise. police believe the victim died on the way to or just after arriving at the hospital. a suspect was not immediately identified.

either one of these shootings - call police or crimestoppers at 702-385-55-55. an australian man claiming the british royal title "duke of manchester" - remains behind bars here in las vegas. alexander montagu- manchester lost a bid for release from a judge today - who called him a danger to the community. the defense team says they are concerned about their client's mental condition. montagu- manchester says he's suffering from a head injury - received in a june street attack. police confirm he unconscious. the case is being investigated and no arrest had been made. montagu- manchester has been jailed since august 12-th on a felony false police report charge that the judge says violated terms of his release on a previous burglary charge. what are the decent exposure laws in nevada and do they vary from the strip to the neighborhoods? those were some of the questions one valley man asked when he looked out of his window to see someone in a g- string walking around his
