shooting happened around seven at the cascade mall in burlington... that's just north of seattle. again-- three people shot and killed.. one person shot and in critical condition. a mall and a movie theater were put on lockdown.... a nearby high school football game was suspended. and police are saying at this time--- they are unsure if there is more than one suspect involved in the shooting-- they do say a suspect matching the description of the shooter... was seen walking on a nearby highway.. locally .. the big story tonight is the thousands of people packing downtown las vegas.. the first night of life is beautiful is in full swing... the downtown festival opened its doors earlier tonight... and fox5's miguel martinez valle joins with all of the excitement. i've been out here all afternoon watching thousands of people walk through those gates. now i want

people coming and going to and from the music festival all day and those people who paid hundreds of dollars to get in while they were really ready to start the party: this is the festivals fourth year. and they were expecting more people than ever 100,000 people are expected to be going in and out of those gates throughout the weekend. the music food and art festival tracks people from all over the country. but for some who call downtown las vegas home... life and traffic can get pretty ugly if you don't have tickets to the beautiful festival. arrest report detailed what officers thought was a violent night at his southern hills home with his then girlfriend kelly ryan... throwing his body on her and covering her mouth with his hand. but a jury agreed with burt's attorney's argument that there was never any evidence of a physical confrontation.. "notwithstanding her allegation that she was choked, dragged down the hallway from the garage, thrown down on the couch and she was wearing a necklace at the time, there was no visible injury on her jaw, no visible injury on her neck, or anywhere of the sort. according to warren geller.. the couple had argued over a home downpayment and with the relationship ending, the only way ryan could recoup her money was to show burt was no longer working. minneapolis police officers make a rescue in a flooded storm drain.... and the whole thing is caught on camera.
