scheduled on friday with shadow ridge. both principals have agreed to extra security at this game. fans can expect to see both school and metro police there. a video is released showing a person of interest in a homicide... the victim of which was discovered last night. take a look. detectives say he was seen earlier in the evening walking through the lobby with another man. he was found dead inside an apartment on east flamingo. police believe he was stabbed. the victim's car is missing. it is a silver 2015 honda fit with nevada license plate 45ll if anyone recognizes the man in the video.. or has seen that car... call crime stoppers at 702- 385-55-55. a man that works with special needs kids is in jail after police say he sexually abused a 17-year-old pahrump student. fox 5's kathleen jacob is live in the fox5 newsroom with more on the case... kathleen... how did police find out about this guy? guys... the 17- year-old girl filed a report yesterday saying

assaulted by a man that works as a special needs teacher's assistant for the nye county school district. after investigating...poli ce say this man...28-year-old jose manuel bautista... used social media to have racey conversations with the 17-year- old before taking her to his home. they say that's where he sexually assualted her... and they also say he was on drugs at the time. bautista did admit to detectives that he engaged in sexual misconduct with the student. police searched his home and found evidence to support this...but because the investigation is ongoing... they wouldn't tell us what exactly that evidence is. they were also unable to tell us if the 17-year-old was a student that he worked with specifically. he was arrested and booked into the nye county detention center on five charges including sexual assault, child sexual abuse, unlawful sexual acts by a school employee with a pupil, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. bail was set at 350 thousand dollars. anyone with any information is urged to call the

john stumpf resigns, effective immediately. this comes in the wake of a scandal over bank's sales practices. the company's board of directors elected president and chief operating officer tim sloan to succeed him as ceo. the news comes after it was revealed that employees in wells fargo' community banking division opened about 2 million accounts without customer authorization. stumpf was grilled on capitol hill as he defended the bank's sales practices. wells fargo had to pay 185-million dollars in penalties. "sirens" one person is dead and a pilot hospitalized after a small plane crashed on a street in hartford, connecticut. two people were on the plane.

who died argued with the pilot before the twin- engine piper pa 34 went down on approach to the airport... hitting power lines and poles on its way down. the pilot suffered serious burns . terrorism was mentioned as a possible motive-- and federal authorities were brought into the mix. but a u-s official familiar with the investigation says it appears this may have been a case of suicide. 16;14;00;11 "information indicates that this plane crash was intentional, but i want to be crystal clear the circumstances beyond that are still being investigated." the plane crashed near a factory deemed 'critical infrastructure' and closed down roads and businesses nearby. an airstrike destroys the biggest market in rebel-held aleppo killing more than a dozen people today's attack killed 15 people. just yesterday a series of airstrikes killed more than forty people. fox's greg palkot has more on the deadly past two days in syria's civil war.

bombings of rebel held areas of aleppo killed dozens... with several children among the dead. amateur video shows emergency crews pulling a boy alive from the rubble late last night. kirby says: "..what we're seeing in aleppo is nothing but a concerted effort over recent days to take that city by force" airstrikes on rebel-held parts of the city resuming, today. the violence follows the collapse of a cease-fire brokered by washington and moscow. fighting there of particular concern to pope francis... who voiced support for civilians trapped in aleppo. francis says: "..it is with a sense of urgency that i renew my plea, to beg, with all my strength, to those responsible to provide an immediate cease fire" (voice of translator) tensions over the failed cease-fire remain high. russia over the weekend vetoing a french-drafted u-n security council resolution to end air assaults on

(on cam tag) deadly fighting in aleppo comes amid a new development in the syrian civil war. u-s military officials say that militant groups like isis and hezbollah are now using armed surveillance drones to attack each other. in london, greg palkot, fox news. earlier this week, a video went viral showing a little girl in syria injured in an airstrike monday.... crying for her dad. the video was heartbreaking-- and graphic-- so we do want to warn you about the video. but the update to her situation-- is that her family is okay. rescuers pulled eight year old "aya" from under the rubble of her home, along with her family members. they somehow got separated... and aya was caught on camera

her father as medics treated her head and face injuries. they were reunited a short time later. her mom , dad and three younger siblings were all hurt also, but the whole family is said to be doing okay. in iraq-- people are suffering and have no where else to go-- to escape the poisonous fumes from an oil well that's burning... spewing thick black toxic smoke. isis set the oil well on fire months ago. the purpose was to obscure the view of aircraft overhead, but isis is now gone and this fire continues to burn right on the edge of town in which many people are now living. the mayor is worrying about the long term effects on people's health. many people are already sick.. and have been since isis was driven out of al-qayyara in late august.
