in the video. they did tell us he's working off campus in an administrative building during the investigation. the girl's mother says her daughter suffered a concussion... sprained shoulder... and back. "you know what? i just want ccsd to know that y'all need to be a better leadership for the community. and we wouldn't be sitting here looking at a child at home with injuries. we be planning a funeral. thank god because we didn't have to do that. but as for this? that was way out of pocket." the girl's mother tells fox five she was asked to forward any videos of the incident to police... so they can send it to the district attorney's office. she says the argument started because her daughter accidentally bumped into another girl... which caused her cell phone to fall and break. ever since that day -- she says her daughter had been physically bullied. a child who accidentally shot himself will most likely be paralyzed. that's according to an arrest report. police say the mother -- shaletres

kids... and left the loaded gun un- attended. the safety was also off. police say townsend went to the bathroom... when the gun went off. the four-year-old was shot and injured in the chin... throat... and neck. neighors say the family purchased the gun for protection... after they were robbed. "if someone robbed me or my wife, id expect her to get protection the same way and just a sad situation that the kid got a hold of it but the gun was there to protect the family." in the arrest report... it's still unclear if the girl shot herself or another child pulled the trigger. townsend faces a child neglect charge. a woman is wanted after robbing a u-s bank branch inside a smith's. take a look at the suspect -- caught on camera. the robbery happened around two this afternoon near eastern and horizon ridge parkway. police say she set down a note demanding cash... then took off. no weapon was

information on this woman should call police or crimestoppers. the number is 7-0- 2-3-8-5-55-55 once again .. a local homeowner has captured someone stealing a delivery from their front door. check it out. bruce brent has a pretty decent security system. you can clearly see the fed-ex driver dropping off a large package.. and right after the truck left... the thieves showed up. "40 seconds, they obviously followed the fedex truck, waited for the fedex truck to leave my house, seeing that they dropped off a package, once that truck left my street and drove on to the main cross street that's when the perpratrators decided to make their way to my house." brent said he had been tracking the package from amazon... and knew it would be delivered that afternoon. he has filed a police report on the theft. and thanks to his video... amazon is refunding his stolen items.. but brent wants people to see his

will resume shortly kids at dondero elementary school in north las vegas received a lesson on earthquake safety for "annual shakeout day." "the great shake-out" creates a realistic earthquake for the 5-th graders. an announcement goes out over the p-a system... then the kids jump into action. they have to remember to drop... cover... and hold on for safety. the north las vegas fire station helped the kids get to a safe place. motley crue frontman -- vince neil -- pleads guilty to a misdemeanor battery case that happened on the strip in april. his lawyer tells us he's ready to move forward. "obviously he has business to attend to, he has tours he has been performing on, he has a large fan base. that is why we are pleased to put this behind him and get him focused on other things in life." neil was not in the courtroo you may remember this video of actor nicolas cage trying to hold back neil after the incident. police say neil assaulted a woman who was trying to get his autograph. neil will have to take an "impulse counseling class"... and pay a thousand dollar fine. retired boxing champ -- floyd mayweather -- steps back into the spotlight. but this time -- on the big screen! the multi- millionaire struck up a deal to be in jamie foxx's new movie called "all star weekend". the pair were here in las vegas preparing for the

try out their halloween costumes a little early this month. village square hosted a "trunk or treat" community event. not only was there tons of free candy... there was also a jumper... face- painting... a car show and a d-j that kept everyone dancing. a "trunk or treat" is a safer alternative to actually going door to door on halloween. they're a perfect way for families with little ones to celebrate the season.
