in an apartment fire tonight. fire crews say it happened just after 8... in a complex off sahara and jones boulevard. they say the apartment was fully involved-- including the balcony. the three other units in the four- plex building... had smoke and water damage. the red cross is assisting those who are displaced. fire crews are

the cause... and exactly how much the damage will cost. police have identified the driver... killed in a hit and run crash on the i-15 last night. police say 46- year-old bobby pierce was driving a toyota camry near sunset... when his car was hit by another vehicle. a passenger was taken to the hospital... and their condition was not released. police don't have a suspect... but say there was white paint residue found on the camry. anyone with information should call police. you can stay anonymous by calling crimestoppers. that number is 702-385-55-55. nearly a dozen people have died... after a tour bus and big rig collided on westbound interstate 10... near palm springs this morning. anita vogel has the latest. are trying to recover the bus' black box to determine what caused the crash... abele says: "...we're hoping that modern buses usually have some kind of black bus or black box or data control device, we're hoping to get a date recorder.. but its a 1996 model, we're not so sure it's gonna be there." the bus departed the red earth casino in salton city early sunday morning... it was en-route to los angeles when the crash happened just north of palm springs and a little over 100-miles east of los angeles. abele says: "...a 19-96 m- transporting 44 passengers, struck the rear of a freightliner truck with a trailer in the number 3 lane." authorities say more than a dozen people have been killed... the driver of the bus was among those killed. more than 30 other people were injured -- including the driver of the big- rig. firefighters swarmed the scene - struggling to reach

to climb through the windows and pull victims from the mangled tour bus... authorities say it took two hours to separate the two vehicles... abele says: "...c-h-p and fire rescue personnel arrived within minutes, a triage was immediately established by fire rescue...all the passengers are believed to be adults. identities are unknown, largely due to the swift extraction and immediate triage care that they needed." (on cam tag) the national transportation safety board says it is dispatching a team of investigators to the crash scene. in los angeles, anita vogel, fox news. 20 vehicles were involved in a crash on an arizona highway today. troopers say the crash happened... after a cattle hauler was unable to stop... and plowed into them. the accident happened on i-17... near phoenix. officials say four people were hurt in the crash. they were taken to hospitals with moderate to serious injuries. the incident is still under investigation. three women were killed in a hit-and-run crash... while they were taking an "uber" ride in milwaukee. police say the uber vehicle was struck by a lexus. the driver took off after the
