three of the teens were hurt in the shooting. it's leaving many neighbors on edge tonight. sot : "i think it's crazy and my little sister has to go to school right over here and it's kinda scary. it's kinda crazy" metro police say the incident started when someone inside a gold suv threw an egg at the group of six teens. we're told the teens then threw a rock back at the vehicle. and thats when someone inside the suv opened fire on the group. sot : "people are getting crazier and crazier everyday" all three of the wounded teens were tak hospital... with minor injuries. they're all expected to be ok. meanwhile some neighbors we talk admit this neighborhood has a history of voilence. still- they never would have expected anything like this. sot : "who knows what could happen ... really trick or treaters? not good" sot : "we should be careful all of us need to be careful" no arrests have

"im pissed, pissed at the justice system. how do you get released on house arrest for first degree murder of this baby. billingsley will be on house arrest until his next court appearance-- which is scheduled for december 12.
