three of the teens were hurt in the shooting. it's leaving many neighbors on edge tonight. sot : "i think it's crazy and my little sister has to go to school right over here and it's kinda scary. it's kinda crazy" metro police say the incident started when someone inside a gold suv threw an egg at the group of six teens. we're told the teens then threw a rock back at the vehicle. and thats when someone inside the suv opened fire on the group. sot : "people are getting crazier and crazier everyday" all three of the wounded teens were tak hospital... with minor injuries. they're all expected to be ok. meanwhile some neighbors we talk admit this neighborhood has a history of voilence. still- they never would have expected anything like this. sot : "who knows what could happen ... really trick or treaters? not good" sot : "we should be careful all of us need to be careful" no arrests have

a suspect description at this time. they are looking for a gold suv that they believe the suspect was in. ftffnll. a man charged with first degree murder... is heading home. demond billingsly has been charged with first degree murder, but will be on house arrest. last month 18 month old lyric clayton was killed while being watched by a babysitter. that babysitter was billingsly.... his attorney called the girl's death an accident... but prosecutors say the toddler was abused, placed in scalding hot bathwater...and had third degree burns from her chin to her feet. now the girl's family wants to know how this could happen. "im pissed, pissed at the justice system. how do you get released on house arrest for first degree murder of this baby. billingsley will be on house arrest until his next court appearance-- which is scheduled for december 12.

out how his seven year old son... ended up dead. over the weekend ramasje findley was found unconscious in an apartment with his mother... her roomate and his three other siblings. in a fox 5 exclusive... cyndi lundeberg sat down with the boys father,.... she joins us now live... we spoke to richard findley right after he picked up his three other children... all under the age of eight... from child protective services. findley said he thought it would be easy to speak to us abou son because he loved him so much... he quickly found it was too much for him. i have a son whos gone and i dont know what to do richard findley still wants to know what happened inside this apartment... where his his seven year old son ra'maje was foudn dead. who would do that to a seven year old findley says he got a text that said emergency.... he texted back... and thats when he heard the horrible news... my son was dead sunday afternoon

siegel suites on boulder highway. when first responders got there... they found the boy unconscious. investigators believe ramasje was strangled. its not a natural death the kid was not sick he was seven hes seven he was a baby i dont know what to say im sorry according to police... ramasjes three siblings all under the age of eight... and the children's mother were there... along with their roomate kenneth robinson. a short while after ramaje's body was found... robinson was taken into custody. somebody i never met nor knew findley says he broke up with the children's mother and she took off. i looked and looked he said he's been trying to find the kids... when asked to describe his young son.... findley says ramasje was a little boy who loved watching movies... and ate all his foods with a side of ranch. when ramasje grew up... he

news at 10. local. las vegas. the time next week.... vote counting will be well underway for the presidential election. and hillary clinton is making another push in the valley. the democratic presidential nominee will be in las vegas.... she will be rallying at the plumbers and pipefitters training center-- talking about the economy and the importance of this election on local families.... the event is open to the public. it comes just two days before the end of early voting. big changes could be coming to andre agassi college prepartory academy--- and some parents aren't happy about it.... " my biggest fear is the change. everyone from the bottom to the top helped put this school together, it's like breaking a family. " agassi prep is talking about a possible merger with democracy prep. teachers have been sending letters home with students... it mentions a possible 10 hour school day.. strict policies that

the sema show rolls back into the valley... the autoshow brings all of the latest--- hottest gadgets and products for cars.... to one place. the trade show also offers seminars and product demonstrations. this year will focus on the latest trends in paint--wheels and applications. it is not open to the public. last year more than 60 thousand people attended sema. the convention runs through friday at the las vegas convention center. families with kids probably have tons of snickers and kit-kats lying around the house right now. if kids can part with some of their halloween stash... dentist have come up with a way to turn that candy into cash! for every pound of candy... the

"next-gen climate nevada" came up with the idea to bring puppies to the polls. they even put out a red carpet for the pups... volunteers and first time voters-- to make the voting experience fun and memorable for everyone. the puppies their job and got people to stop and listen to some important information about climate change and about how they're voice matters.
