one person has died... and another is injured after their a-t-v crashed in the desert. police say the a- t-v flipped this afternoon on star hills avenue near decatur boulevard. police say the vehicle rolled twice down a hill. we're told the rider died at the scene... and a female passenger was taken to the hospital. details about the rider... haven't been released. police say neither of the riders were wearing seatbelts or helmets. "this time of year, weather's nice everyone wants to be outside and they want to do outdoor activities but it's one of those things you do have to take percautions especially ones that are already designed for those vehicles, whether it be a simple seatbelt or a 5 point harness, and something as simple as a helmet could definitely save a life." police say that female passanger is expected to be

a man who was found shot to death on a las vegas street has been identified. the county coroner's office says 27 year old devon whitson was shot at least five times. it happened friday night near puebla street and las vegas boulevard. police are still looking for 3 male suspects... who ran away from the scene. investigators say whitson was walking with another man and a woman... when they were approached by the 3 men. that's when a fight broke out. police say one of the three me pulled out a gun and shot whitson. one person is in the hospital after being hit by a train this morning. police say it happened near twain and dean martin... just before noon today. the man was taken to u-m-c with substantial injuries. police did not release any other information about the victim's condition. a man drunkenly jumped into the bellagio fountain this morning-- after he was stabbed on the other side of the las vegas strip. police say it happened around 4-30.

woman is in hot water -- over selling a bowl of homemade ceviche over social media. as joe khalil explains, the single mother of six... is facing potential jail time. mariza reulas was cited by san joaquin county for selling an illegal substance--but it wasn't a drug, a pill--or a plant. it was-- a bowl of homemade ceviche.
