scheduled to close around seven or eight-- some were still open past ten... to accomodate the voters who had been waiting in line. clark county saw a record number of voters turn out for the last day-- 57-thousand people. some members of the g-o-p says the late hours allowed for certain voters to vote... saying it was rigged... but clark county registrar joe gloria says that's standard. "we've got a long history of following the same policy and in 2012 once again we had people who were waiting in line well past the normal closing period tt we processed and allowed to vote..." "...as long as voters show up on the last day of voting theres no limitation on our ability to process them to vote and so we stayed open until the last voters came through and thats in all areas of town" gloria says that will not be the case tomorrow... polls will open at 7 and will close at seven p-m sharp. some are concerned about their safety as they head to the polls tomorrow. police say they are ready... just in case anything gets out of hand. they have officers rotating around each of

"i don't how many internships would give you this kind of responsibility where you are running the behind the scenes of an actual publication and making crucial decisions for a publication." four years ago the newspaper stopped receiving from the student body government.. due to the fact that the student body government wanted to hand pick the editors... seen as a conflict of interest the two cut ties and the rebel yell has been looking for funding on its own ever since. "i just see it as a complete loss for our university without a student newspaper especially if we plan on becoming a top tier university." each year the newspaper applies for funding from the student life funding committee but each year they have received less and less. this year thy received just enough to find the first semester,
