court this morning for humbles plea hearing kristin what did you see? humbles came in with his hands and feet cuffeed he didn't show really any emotion as he plead guilty to all three charges against him. 15-year-old aaron richardson, died after he was shot in cedar rapids and 14-year-old robert humbles says, he did it. trial information says the shooting happened after quote "two rival groups" met up following threatening texts and facebook messages. humbles answered to the judge. orth was shot by officers on march 29 -- after aiming his vehicle at police who'd been chasing him. orth pleaded guilty to drunk driving and trying to elude officers. tonight -- we're still waiting for the autopsy resutlts after a body is found in an eastern iowa river. black hawk county sheriff's deputies pulled the body from the cedar river in gilbertville on sunday morning -- they were notified of the situation by a trapper. the body was taken to the state medical examiner in ankeny for an iowa woman is one of two who died in a plane crash in north central missouri. the plane was a 19-40s single engine cessna that went down in a field. the medical examiner says 28- year-old dawn harl, from des moines, and a 40 year old man from missouri died in the carsh. the n-t-s-b says it's not sure if the plane was trying to land here or was just passing through. a car crash causes a gas leak

by a floral team... in less than 24 hours. laurel hollopeter... the floral manager at hy-vee groceries in iowa city... was chosen to lead the project that would send thousands of yellow roses to the hawkeye footballl team and some athletics department staff. coleman unacceptable. oscar pistorius will remain on house arrest until he's sentenced for a recent murder conviction - after he's granted bail. last week, south africa's supreme court of appeal convicted pistorius of murdering girlfriend reeva steenkamp in 2013, overturning a lower court's conviction of the lesser crime of manslaughter. the judge said pistorius will be placed under electronic monitoring and may only leave his uncle's home in pretoria between seven a-m and 12 p-m. the government is making some big changes to the way their rate vehicle safety. the department of transportation is introducing new tests and new dummies to help keep us all safer on the roads... the new system will be an upgrade to the current five-star system. vehicles will be rated better if they include certain sensors... like those that can detect a crasha and will apply your breaks for your -- or those that can detect a vehicle in your blind spot. what the mild december temperatures mean for the streets of one eastern iowa city. everyone deserves a christmas- and it's that time of year, when the salvation army is helping families in need. the salvation army gym in waterloo is stacked with toys for all ages. the 2 day program has helped out nearly 400 families but organizers say many more families in the cedar valley still need our help... toys were donated from people in the community, toys for tots, and walmarts fill the truck toy drive. a mother of 5 says she is grateful for the donations... really thankful because i just moved to iowa and i just started working kids this year and i would like to tell you guys thank you so much. families also got a box of food- enough for a christmas meal...and to last another week after that as well as a scarf for each child. saturday - dubuque hyvee on
