a tornado also touched down in alabama friday night...causing quite the damage. as cleanup efforts continue there -- a drone gives us a bird's eye view of tornado damage... but now today's concern is flooding -- following all that heavy rnfall in that area. meanwhile...mother nature is making things worse for a wildfire in california. fire officials say downed powerlines sent sparks flying... sparking the fire that has now burned through over 12-hundred acres... they say high winds caused the blaze to spread rapidly and move in several directions... prompting evacuations and highway closures... twfirefighters have suffered minor injuries -- but no other injuriris were reported. the fire is about 60-percent contained this morning... new and developing this morning one man is in the hospital after a shootinn in waterloo. police say the man arrived at allen hospital with non- life threatening injuries.. around 2 this morning. police continue to

idea... welcome back thanks so much for tuning in this sunday morning, whitney packebush if you are maybe trying to go the leaner route. and i like in an appetizer, that's kind of what we're doing, i like a satisfying appetizer. these are a great alternative to little smokeys or to even chicken wings depending incredibly simple just a really easy recipe. and i'm going to talk about an easy way to make these that takes the stress out of making a huge batch. so to get started, i have

turkey. it's a lot leaner, you can also use the ground chicken that you find in the freezer section. so i have a pound of binder. we're going to add a and pepper and then we are going to get our hands right in here. and that's all we're going are going to add barbeque sauce or hot wing sauce to this. and you add that sauce. and as you can see this is going to be a home whether it's for cookieu, i use mine for cake balls sometimes... this makes making meatballs so easy, they are all the perfect size, they are all the perfect shape and it's a lot less work. so i highly recommend picking up one of these if you do not have one. so i just smash it against the side a little bit and roll it sometimes if you're working with turkey breast it can be really really

do then is i grab a little cooking spray and spray it on my hands. yeah you aren't going to be clean during this recipe. so then you just spray it right on your hands and it makes the ground turkey so much easier so wk with and ii won't stickk to your hands. yes i do remember the last time we talked about turkey that was a reminder -- it can get a little sticky. so you want to bake these at 400 for about 20 crock pot put your sauce on there and keep it on low. and make them in the oven, it's so don't have tt check on them m - throw them in, leave them in for can serve them dry and let people put their own sauce on sauce, whatever sauce of your chcice that you like. yeah, drab the bbq sauce, hot sauce -- you're good to go. thanks whitney, we'll be sure to put this online as well, back to you
