"some communities hit harder than the '93 floods but most fortunately s not as bad but i'm jeremy roth reporting. the iowa national guard is called to help with flooding recovery efforts in missouri.... they've been helping with bringing in clean water -- from other districts -- to these towers. the water can be dropped off and then pumped to the towers. the guard brought 15 of these tankers with them -- and each tanker carries nearly 2- thousand galons. the entire process takes more than an hour and a half. officials say it's going slow -- but it needs to be done... just no way we could support this "we're just glad to help out.
