noel mcclaren is live with more, noel. >> reporter: well, crews are still working scene as they have been all morning long, you can see right now they are still, pouring water on some of the hot spots, in that debris, they only have about one block of american street closed down at the moment. even though fire was limited to this area you can still smell smoke all over kensington. battling the fire for more than 14 hours, fire fighters are still struggling to reach smoldering hot spots beneath layers of collapsed roofing materials. >> we have heavy equipment here, to expose the hidden fire that is buried underneath the roofing materials. >> reporter: more than 100 fire fighters work to get it under control. they believe, it started in a vacant air house at corner of american and york street. two fire fighters suffered minor injuries and one civilian was critically injured with burns to more than 80 percent of his body. neighbors say he ran away from the scene, in flames. >> there were some people

assault after being captured by u.s. marshals in central america. prosecutors say that 35 year-old joseph gore ski sexually assaulted his stepdaughter over seven years starting from the time she was just six years old. it is believe that he fled toal he will will salvador when he learn of the investigation. goreski has been extradited back to new jersey and appeared before a burlington county judge today and being held on 500 you this dollars bail. well, police suv crashes in to a dunkin' donuts in berlin camden county. chopper three a have above the scene on the white horse pike. police say that this suv collided with another car, and then crashed into the the building as a result of the impact. the store suffered some structural damage but no one was injury. still no arrests in the violent attack of the same sex couple in center city. investigators have questioned at least six people, from the group seen here in this surveillance video. some have of them tell police a different version of the

story that the victims were the ones who instigated the fight. federal officials are keeping an eye on the philadelphia police department's investigation. an entire community in the poconos remains on edge tonight as authorities stepped up their efforts to hunt down the man whom they believe ambushed two state troopers killing one of them. cbs news correspondent marley hall has more from monroe county where police believe the man may be hiding. >> reporter: hundreds of police officers are swarming woods and swam ins pennsylvania's pocono mountains. not far from where sabina van wise sells her produce. >> this has always been just a very quiet town, you hardly ever hear anything. worst that happens around here is a speeding ticket. >> reporter: officers in body arm or and camouflage are trying to flush out 31 year-old eric frein. police say he ambushed and killed a state trooper and wounded another near their state police barracks last friday. frein is described as a self trained survival list and

temperatures this morning has, begun to slide off the coast, flow around it is clockwise, so we have a persistent easterly flow and when you have that it will keep moisture and the clouds around and that will last tomorrow morning, through part of the day tomorrow and then wind will shift and we will warm up. temperatures right now ranging from, 61 degrees in the poconos, to 07 in reading and dover. philadelphia we are sitting at 78. ocean water temperature still at 71 degrees. elsewhere where we had some colder morning temperatures, between york and also new england warming up through the 60's, pittsburgh at 74. washington at 77. there is some warmth coming our way. we will watch the high slide off the coast so tomorrow morning we will start off with some clouds increasing sunshine, as this high, moves far enough away so we will get more southerly win. saturday will be confidentable with some sun as day progresses. all eyes on this area of low pressure that could push some clouds and maybe a few stray showers our way especially

philadelphia half marathon this weekend. festivity kick off with the health and fitness expo at pennsylvania convention center. they were able to pick up their race materials, that marathon has become one of the world's most prestigious road races, with an impressive elite field. >> i'm looking forward to running through the city. i thought it would be fun. a lot of people, great comradery and thought music was fun too. i think it is overall a really great race. >> rock and role 5k will be held on saturday, half marathon will take place, sunday. well, new murals celebrates the diversity of the city of philadelphia take a look, huge painting dedicated to day at the free erie charter school in center city. it is supposed of 6,000 photographs, of scenes from around philadelphia. the mural arts program collaborated with the school, on that project. coming up in the next half an hour the the white house launches a celebrity driven campaign against sexual
