street expressway eastbound we have cop trucks and that activity is closing eastbound side between area of the schuylkill and broad street. now, if you are traveling from 76 trying to get on to the the vine street expressway it does look like they may have opened up that ramp coming from the westbound side of the schuylkill but we will switch ran stage point here and give you another perspective. this is as if you are traveling in the eastbound direction of 76 and this is entry way to the vine street expressway eastbound. police are still closing this off because of construction, they to plan to open this up at 5:00 maybe they are opening it up early but a as we saw in that last camera shot it toss seem to be traveling westbound on the schuylkill you can access eastbound side of the vine street expressway but would i suggest maybe you wait it out jump off at spring garden and do maneuvering because right now they are still working on it. speaking of the construction zone as well roosevelt boulevard affecting both side between rhawn and strahl, all lanes are blocked in the inner

nearly 4,000 young adults, researchers found a third of those who suffer with the depression said that they were bullied as a teenager. well, local high school student with special need take a stand when his school tells him he cannot take part in the school activity. >> yeah, 14 year-old jake wesley suffered from muscular dystrophy, a genetic disease that degrade muscles overtime. jake says his school bucks county technical high school sent him and 60 others a letter. it said students labeled medically exempt can't participate in student's field day. jake took action calling for justice on twitter and connecting with a special need group. school officials saw what jake wrote and retract a letter and then issued a full apology. >> i'm happy that he brought it to our attention because again, we were wrong. >> i don't think people in wheelchairs or with any disease should be exploited from activities. >> look at jake. >> that is great. school officials now say they
