"eyewitness news" reporter rahel solomon is in olde city where this group of children boarded the market frankford line, rahel? >> reporter: nicole, good evening. septa police say these kids were probably on the train for less than 15 minutes and unclear what provoke what you are about to see but the video has been shared more than a thousand times and septa's police chief says it is outrageous. the language is so offensive, we cannot broadcast it. the alleged aggressors so young we cannot show you their faces. >> when you watch that video, as a parent and as a human being, your alarmed to the well than being of those children. >> reporter: video from an incident evening of march 24th that shows who police say are four boys likely just six to seven years old, cursing, hitting and at the one point even spitting at a passenger. police say kids got on at second and market and got off

unsuccessful. of course, if you do know who these children are the police want to hear from you. reporting from olde city, rahel solomon for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> rahel, thank you. a would be burglary suspect tries to make a getaway but instead gets caught by a cell phone. police in radnor township say ricky weston broke in the home on ashwood road overnight. he allegedly drove off in the family's suv and inside that suv the family's i phone with the find my phone app. now that app showed officers every move weston made as he drove through west philadelphia and on to upper darby where officers were waiting when's arrived. >> it is just amazing when we were pulling up in the block and vehicle is one block over. >> reporter: weston was arrested and police say he dropped his own phone at the home he allegedly burglarized. fbi and philadelphia police department need your help finding a erial bank robber in center city. man caught in these surveillance photos is wanted in connection with three robberies, the beneficial bank on 16th and chestnut, republic

>> reporter: stewart is quason's older brother who was just one year apart. >> i love my brother, rest in peace. >> reporter: turner was coming home from the friend's house 11:20 when he decided to illegally cross route 130 at forty-ninth street. after jumping a concrete barrier a driver hit him in the southbound lanes and kept going. police are trying to get a vehicle description when they received a 911 call from a young woman who said she was in the the car that hit turner and her aunt was behind the wheel. >> i guess she felt guilty, pedestrian jumped the barrier, and they struck the pedestrian and they just didn't stop. >> reporter: that call led to the arrest of 40 year-old susan hyland from beverly. police say she was trying on a suspended license and tried sneaking out of the back door of the house in camden where they found her and the damaged car. >> i do what the bible tells me to do, pray for them, who wants to use you, or abuse you, in any kind of way and hope that they come through. >> reporter: brent walters

tonight at 11:00. we were talking earlier about all of the wind, blowing all of those allergens around for people, and getting in your eyes. >> yes. >> eyes swollen. >> it is definitely that time of the year. my husband has allergies. i don't have them. allergies or cold. i just know. i just know. how do you know. >> yes. >> i will watch tonight. >> absolutely. >> it will be a definite allergy kind of evening and tomorrow as well. wind have been strong all day. we have had gusts over 30 miles an hour. we had gusts over 50 miles an hour in some spots yesterday. got news is overnight tonight and into tomorrow the wind will be dying down. we still have sunshine on the way and then maybe some rain late in the week, that should help allergy sufferers but you will want to have that umbrella close at hand especially late thursday into friday. looking outside right now doesn't get much prettier then that over center city. it is a beautiful evening. the not a cloud in the sky outside right now and just a gorgeous stretch of nice weather, this evening, as we wait until around 7:15 or 7:00 .

they are getting later ape later. we are gaining two and a half minutes of sunlight every day as we head toward summertime. these days lasting a lot longer. when they are sunny and beautiful no complaints here. take a look at storm scan three no complaint there. things are quiet, skies are clear across the region. no cloud to be found. really we have to zoom way, way out to find our next system which is going over portions of the rockies. a warm front draped across portions of the the dakotas into minnesota and then we have rain, mountain snow moving through colorado and into portions of new mexico and arizona this system will be advancing through the next few days impacting us by late thursday or friday. in the meantime big dome of high pressure keeping things sunny, clear, dry, all across the eastern half of the country. as that high shifts, we will start to warm up and wind will gradually diminish. temperatures up and down this week we are mild yesterday in the 60's. today right about average in the upper 50's. tomorrow is warmer. we will spike 07's briefly on thursday but don't get too used to it.

it doesn't mean we will stay there we will tumble right back down to near average on saturday and then below average by about ten full degrees, by sunday. so it that is spring roller coaster, we will get into this time of the year when warm air wants to come in but cold air wants to hold its ground and we will get that battle ground. that is what we have this week. temperature averaging jumping well as we head through next couple months. average high for today, is 57. tommy should say april 29th a month from now the average high is 69, and by may 29th the average high is 78 degrees. that will feel fantastic. we had a taste of that back in early march. not looking like anything warmer then the 07's or 80's on the the way for the next few weeks. right now as we wake up tomorrow morning we will see tours drop in the 30's. we will wake up to below freezing in the lehigh valley. far western suburbs, pine barons area of new jersey around freezing as well. the lots of sunshine in the afternoon. warms up quite nicely. the thursday into friday this next system advances.

thursday a shower late in the day but friday this rain moves through and maybe even some thunder, especially through the first half of the day. it is a a cool start to april. we will warm up on thursday that front comes through on friday and then take a look at that cold bubble of air that spills in for the weekend. overnight tonight we are looking at temperatures in the mid 30's, mainly clear, less windy. tomorrow mostly sunny, pleasant not a lot of win, 60 degrees a perfect spring day, thursday's warm, watch for late day shower, friday a wet one and then it gets colder. temperatures will drop down by ten's here. sunday may not the get past the 40's. going down by ten's. >> craving warm weather. >> i am too. >> it needs to get here soon, not that it is your fault. >> yes.
