walls. >> reporter: chitwood says benson was stabbed several times in the head and face and was possibly strangled. a friend checking on her after she didn't checkup for work found her body in the bathtub with the shower running no signs of forced entry and lock front door indicate benson knew her killer. >> this was a very, very violent scene. it was a senseless killing and this guy meant to hurt her and meant to embarras her and meant to harm her, i mean he did. >> reporter: and, in an autopsy is expected to be completed within a day or two. coming up tonight at 6:00 we will hear from family and co-workers of benson and how they are dealing with this tremendous loss. for now we are live from upper darby police headquarters i'm trang do for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thank you. ewing police make an arrest in the the brutal beating and robbery of the nine two-year old woman. twenty-one year-old joseph blanch is facing a list of charges chug kidnapping, burglary and assault. police say he was one of two men who broke in the victim's home early tuesday morning,

and then beat her, robbed her and tied her up. the victim is now recovering at a hospital, a second suspect is remaining at the large. developing right now a virginia state trooper and a suspect are dead following a shooting in richmond. gunfire rang out at gray hound bus station in richmond. at least six people were shot when suspect opened fire inside that bus station. two people are in critical condition. virginia state police remain on the scene and are investigating. workers at philadelphia international airport are protesting low wages in a industry that is racking in record profits. workers in philadelphia and nine other airports across the country are on strike today. they want their employers to pay the new minimum wage of $2 an hour to by by the new sick lays law. >> no one should to have come to work and have their job be threatened because they want to stand up to better themselves and their families. >> we know we have workers here that work for a lot of years. we want to keep them working hard and make sure we have a

back on "eyewitness news" now, more than 20 people were killed, when an overpass collapsed in india. the moment of that collapse, in the city of calcutta was pick up by police traffic camera. right now crews are trying to account for those who remain missing. they put more than 07 injured people out of the ruble. officials say overpass was under construction and it came down in a congested area of the city. a sky diver shares his story of survival after a midair collision with another sky diver. sebastian le al was among several sky divers who jumped over florida about a week ago. collision happened within seconds after leaping from that plane. the other jumper was not hurt but leallies paralyzed from the waist time. he is grateful to be alive. >> i was pretty much knocked out. i did get to see the video yesterday, i got it back from the police, and you can see how i immediately am knock

pretty unsettled day for us, all across the delaware valley. we are looking at showers and thunderstorms pretty much at anytime. temperatures in the meantime as we said with the approach of the storm you get wind south and west and those southeasterly wind have have warmed us up. another look at these temperatures because we not feel them very long. temperatures in the 70's right now. mid 60's down the shore. lets look the at future weather, you can see we will time this out. when are these showers and thunderstorms going to move n overnight we are quiet, ten or 11:00 o'clock. tomorrow morning scattered showers around 6:00 a.m. if we get sunshine what we are concerned about is what could happen in the mid afternoon hours. showers and storms, that will develop right between about noon time and 3:00 p.m. some of those storms you can see how they look like cells there they could pack a pun watch strong gusty wind possible. let's time this out. plan out your friday. it does look like it will clear out for evening commute a few clouds into saturday morning and a few showers then as well. your rain time line scattered showers develop overnight. friday morning, pockets of

steadier rain, rumble of thunder. it will be a very warm, moist day and that is what thunderstorms love. they love heat. they love moisture. these thunderstorms could pop up in the afternoon. we are in the marginal risk for severe weather tomorrow. biggest threat strong, gusty wind and that encompasses our area, you can see philadelphia, south jersey, delaware and mount pocono in that marginal risk. threat is not high but it is there. lets look at what we can expect. the those scattered showers developing, very mild night, it does stay mostly cloudy. overnight low is 60. our normal daytime high is 57, well above average. tomorrow is another warm day at 75 degrees. you cannot enjoy 75 degrees, when there is rain and thunderstorms in the the forecast, not the best day. >> probably not. >> lets look at your three day forecast, you can see big, big changes are on the way, 75 on friday, 52 on saturday and then sunday, all of the kid are groaning here. look at sunday, 45 is the high, and feel like the 20's
