could be put on hold. kane was in montgomery courtroom this morning, walt hunter live in norristown with signals the defense is send that could cause that delay. walt? >> well, jim, if you are waiting for the trial of attorney general, kathleen kane, scheduled for august, on charges of perjury, allegedly leaking grand jury document, you may have to wait a little while longer, the reason, this appeal motion, and another one expected to be filed in superior court, that, if granted, and if moves forward, could delay the august trial date. this was the scene this morning, as the attorney general arrived in court, for a pretrial hearing, lasted about 20 minutes, but, during that hearing this morning, her attorney's indicating they would file an appeal with the local court and superior court on various legal issues, following the cosby case, similar appeals have been filed there, could potentially delay kane's trial, i asked attorney gerald, outside, if

this was a strategy being used similar to the cosby case? >> appeals always delay what's happening in the trial court, you have to also move for a stay, but obviously that's a motion that would be made, and we will make all motions necessary by the circumstances. >> now, the defense attorney emphasized to reporters he did not consider this in anyway to be a delaying tactic, significantly, the defense also withdrew motions had to had filed for hearings on two other allegations, of the prosecution was in their words vindictive, also prosecutors had allegedly leak confidential fbi wiretaps. those charges, those motions, withdrawn, this file, and another to be appealed, it sounds like the case is getting more complicated, in the legal system could spell delays. much more on the story throughout the day, today on

owed from the scene. it took firefighters less than an hour to control the fire, but there is considerable damage. fortunately, though, no one was hurt. police are investigating the circumstances of this accident, on the pennsylvania turnpike, in bensalem, bucks county. it happened just before 9:00 this morning, westbound, and it involved two box trucks, and two cars. no word on injuries, but caused headaches for morning commuters. morning commute big hassle, delaware member zero or yank bridge. cable work forks dollars the closure of four southbound lanes and that led to gridlock, and traffic jams all morning. the work is supposed to go on for several days, so be advise dollars possible alternative would be the commodore barry. >> well, it is do-or-die for the flyers tonight. the team hopes to avoid a first round sweep by washington, and the fans trying to rebound from an embarrassing showing on monday night. fans started throwing wrist bands given out prior to the
