impact the team's fortunes for years to come. our pat gallen is here with expert analysis to break down the blockbuster. >> which ill not yell at the you like angelo did. is there no shortage of opinion on the eagles deal to move up to number two in the the nfl draft. some think the eagles gave up too much, packaging five picks to move up six spots in the draft. some believe that this was a necessary evil that you cannot win without a franchise signal caller. the right now, there is no right or wrong answer. here are details of the trade with the browns, as bird shipped five picks and get back number two overall pick this year plus a fourth rounder. who will they use it on? reports say cal jared goff will be going number one to the l.a. rams. you can see trade details as they swap first rounders this year and they have to give up another first rounder next year including a couple other picks as well but back to the quarterbacks, possibility of those quarterbacks. it looks like it could be carson wentz at number two. he is 6-foot five, 237-pound
6:36 am
and possesses a cannon arm. this is jared goff, it looks like he will go number one to the l.a. rams. if he does go number one it is wentz out of north dakota state. he is an unknown but he has a cannon arm and good mobility for a big quarterback. back to those opinions, it is shocking i necessity but 94 wip's angelo cataldi has a thought or two on this deal. >> this is an atrocity. i like to call it howie's revenge because former gm howie roseman got back in charge and he wanted to prove to everybody that he is smarter than everybody else in the the nfl. it will not work. the the two guys he traded up for, neither of them are anything close to sure things good he hates it. >> angelo i'm sure will be happy to know i disagree. the in the nfl you need to make big bold moves sometimes. this is certainly one of them. as far as overall reaction to
6:37 am
the trade here's a look what some of the fans think. i ran a poll on twitter after the trade, 20 percent love it. 64 percent are somewhat in the middle, between dislike and like. 16 percent believe that howie roseman is out of his mind. he may have ruined the team with this deal. the once again eagles fan base cannot agree on anything but this is a a huge possibly franchise trade and i like it. >> angelo is with the 16 percent i guess. >> i believe so. >> yes. >> thanks, pat, a appreciate it. get ready to see a new face on the $20 bill. conductor of the underground railroad harriet tubman will be soon front and center. >> tubman is the first woman on the u.s. bill in a hundred years this means the former slave will replace a former slave owner. of course, the nation's seventh president andrew jackson. harriet tubman is so much more in philadelphia she has a lot of history and many are looking forward to the change. >> i think it is really good because it represents anti

research firm, over last 20 years average stock fund investors lagged the s and p500, by 4.7 percent annually. >> wow. >> what else holds people back what can they do. >> reporter: when markets are diving we suffer from something called loss aversion, you know what that is, my god, i cannot lose more. then you very quickly run, pull your money out of the market at the worst possible time. when everyone else is selling is there something called a hearding effect. that is when we do what everyone else is doing. remember when your mother says if someone else jumped off empire state building would you? wait, my mother said. that to prevent these kind of of reactions take a look back at your own behavior. over the last decade have you you been reactive to events or have you been able to stick to your game plan. do you have anxiety about your investment? look some degree of worry is healthy but you know difference between a healthy respect for the volatility of

doctor jen with the shovel. no, it is about being active. you don't to have run miles to do gardening, you just want to be active. stretch. maybe get yourself limbered up, just don't start getting in to it and work eight hours on one the saturday and you have not been out all season. the that is what the problem is, um-hmm. >> watch with lifting and digging. >> let's talk about this. this is something people come in all the time, they have been doing a day's yard work. weather is getting nice. they will be out in the yard all day licensing. the lets talk about gardening. this is a big thing. we have our garden here which is nice. the lets talk about shoveling mechanics. when you are shoveling first of all, instead of shoveling if you need to you can push soil which is a lot easier. other thing make sure you use a smaller shovel. it sound strange because people want their work done faster but smaller, the less you are lifting up which is helpful because it is heavy. when you get to shovel you are shoveling here, rather than

bending at the waste been the at the knee, pick up the dirt and then walk over. >> just like shoveling snow. >> don't twist or torque your back, that is really important and bending at knees is super important. >> what about putting stuff in the wheel barrel same thing. >> i think biggest thing with this is making sure you are in the overloading it. it is tendency. hey i can fill this up. i don't want you filling it up. lifting a cord go to your weight. this this is something really important. if you have heart or lung conditions, and you know that lifting heavy things might be a little touch and go for you, check with your doctor first because there are some people i'm not going to recommend pushing heavy rocks in a wheel barrel definitely what should be a red flag if i'm sore, soreness will happen. >> soreness will happen, there are a couple things. a lot of people will kind of tweak their back or maybe get shoulder pains.
6:54 am
we call it rice, rest, ice, compression, elevation. rest it. if you are feeling pain, stop doing what you are doing. just take a break. the don't play through or work through it. >> you go to the doctor. >> if the pain doesn't go away or gets worse or if you feel weak or numberness, those are signs that i'm really big on, weakness, numbness, pain that gets worse or doesn't go away, that is when i need to be seeing you. >> good add rise doctor jen, meantime i will hire my neighbor's kids to dot work this year. we will be right back with three to go. stay with us.
