this is what you are looking at, certainly starting to heat up in this area, both moving in the eastbound and westbound sides. we can expect it on the schuylkill basically any monday it will get busy push willing into the 6:00 hour. ben franklin bridge, totally back out of the way, so you can really see this, you can see that fog in the air. that's going to give you some visibility issues, moving in the westbound direction though from jersey over the ben franklin bridge, actually looking pretty good. we look at the vine, getting real busy specially moving in the westbound direction of the vine, trying to exit on the schuylkill, also the eastbound side actually looking pretty good. it is the westbound side i have my eye on. just hitting the vine any time soon, just know that the vine certainly starting to heat up now. construction south broad street repaving between oregon avenue and 95. 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., also, seven p.m. to 6:00 a.m., weekdays until may 20th, almost through the entire month of may. i'll be tweet that out to you as well, jim, over to you. >> thanks so. atlantic city mayor is about to make his toughest decision yet. >> he has to choose between paying off a bond, or becoming the first municipality in the state to default since the

"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live on the boardwalk, jan? >> reporter: brooke, jim, good morning, that's right. atlantic city would become the first municipality here in new jersey since fort lee to default. that happened back in 1938. that borough went onto declare bankruptcy later late that year. here in atlantic city this is the issue, $1.8 million bond payment is due today. but the mayor is uncertain if the city has the money to cover that payment, and continue to pay for city services, so his decision, expected to be announced at 11:00 today. >> if atlantic city default on its bonds it, would be the first new jersey municipality to do so in 78 years, and it, could impact the entire state. because in atlantic city default could hurt new jersey's credit rating. now atlantic city bond payment was tech neckly due on sunday, but the city gets extra day since the due date fell on weakenment and today, the city is expected to receive it next tax payments.
