we're starting with breaking news out of gloucester county. >> i'm jim dan. >> i'm brooke thomas. trained derailed, happened shortly after 10:00 a.m. it happened on pen line road, railroad avenue. paulsboro police say four train cars jumped the tracks inside the conrail raid. no injuries, no leaks, three of the cars were caring none

hazardous materials, the other one was empty. at this hour, authorities are working to get the train cars back on the tracks. the scene of this morning's derailment is about a half mile from the site of the 2012 derailment and chemical spill from paulsboro. seven train cars derailed on bridge over mantua creek it, released thousands of gallons of vinyl chloride into the atmosphere. the 2012 incident sickens about two dozen people and forced half the town to evacuate for several days paulsboro police say today's derailment did not result in any leaks, more on the story on "eyewitness news" at 5:00. >> it has taken a while, we now know the eagles will be without offensive lineman lane johnson when they play washington this weekend. johnson will be suspended without pay for ten games, beginning sunday, for violating nfl performance enhancing drug policy. ash trailer upheld, and can resume december 18thment. >> now the eagles released statement this morning which reads in part lane johnson has

>> reporter: good afternoon, jim, that's right, just now getting our hands on that surveillance video that was taken outside of this convenience store just behind me, this afternoon we know a 17 year old boy has died, two others are in very bad shape, we want to take you now to the surveillance video. take a look. they show the 17 year old victim who i'm told is in the blue. he and several others are outside of this convenience store with their bikes on the ground. watch as white sedan pulls up. driver actually puts on the hazard lights, someone gets out, walks out of the frame, and minutes later you see someone run back, jump into the car and peel off. presumably this is when the shots were fired. the triple shooting happened in the mayfair section 3100 block of sterling street. short time ago i spoke to the out of the 17 year old, who identified him as marino brunson, spoke to him the day before his death, as you might imagine, she said she is still in a state of shock. >> i mean, just a senseless killing. right now, right now it is hard, because, you know, it is like living inside of a dream.

>> now shortly before this broadcast i did check in with homicide detectives who tell me at this point they are still working through couple of possibility, do not have motive. and as you saw, as we all just saw on the surveillance video, there were couple of people there outside at the time of the shooting. so homicide detectives asking for those people to come forward and of course anyone else who may have any information. reporting in the mayfair section of the city, rahel solomon, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> thank you, rahel. in the city section, firefighters rush to rowhouse fire after receiving reports that people were trapped inside. the fire started shortly after 8:30 this morning, in the 3600 block of frankford avenue. chopper three was over the scene, the fire department says, there were heavy fire conditions when they arrived, they did not finds anyone inside, fortunately, the fire was placed under control within 20 minutes. it was a frosty start to the day. but things are warming up nicely. let's get first look at the forecast with meteorologist, katie fehlinger live on the cbs-3 skydeck.

>> good afternoon to you, brooke. looking ahead to pleasant afternoon. minus the win it feels pretty pleasant outside right now. you mentioned it, very frosty start to the day, first frost advisory we have seen so far this season, was put into effect, and that's long since expired now that the sun has been up for long time allowing the temperatures to re found, so beautiful fall afternoon out here. and certainly a day that requires the sunglasses. let me take you out there. show you actually where we came from. temperatures early this morning, were pretty impressive. nothing out of the ordinarinessly, but been a while since temperatures dip 30 degrees in mount pocono, but yes, flirting with or actually under the freezing mark in some locations, allentown bottomed out at 35, mt. holly where our national weather service regional headquarters is located ends up up at 36. coolest spot went to the outlying suburbs. here's where we stand right now. flirting with 60 in both lancaster and allentown, trenton as well, actually at that number here, in philadelphia, at the international airport, expect to go add probably another five, 6 degrees to that, across the region.

storm scan3 quiet as can be it, will stay this way. at least for the next couple of days before frontal passage. for now, we've gotting in but sunshine the rest of the afternoon, 66 what we are shooting for in philadelphia, and it is crisp, cool, head up to the mountains where temperatures at best only flirt with 60 degrees, but coming up see at least a little bit of evan flow on the thermometer, but a lot of sunshine to go along with this forecast, so generally dry pattern is in store. although there is one little caveat to that. there is a chance for some very, very light rain which we will discuss, i'll tell you when that chance is arriving much later in the show. guys, we send it back into you for now. >> thanks so much, katie. coming up on cbs-3 "eyewitness news", president obama heads to flood ravaged north carolina today. and now damn breach forcing new evacuations there. >> drastic decision about samsung fire prone cell phone. details on how consumers will be

but differently need a jacket, colder, temperatures bottomed out well below freezing in couple of spots. on pace to actually rebounds nicely to the mid 60s in many locations all because of high pressure. this is what you see all the time this time of year. personally i feel it is the stuff best fall days are made of, nothing but bright sunshine, low wind, solar angle helping to warm things up nicely overall. really comfortable at the height of the day. let me take you out there. show you storm scan3, still very, quiet. won't see much activity on this, working over time in the days ahead, but there is a cold front, i allude dollars to this earlier in the show, it may bring, may bring, some of you little bit of wet weather. high pressure in place today, tomorrow, few additional clouds, do still rebounds up to 70 degrees, come thursday, though, next cold front crosses through. notice, bulk of moisture will bypass us to the north, but this is the day that you might see a shower. i'll walk you through future wet area little bit more localized in a second here. then high pressure regains

control. you're back into the cooler mid 60s, but with sunshine. so as we jump ahead here to noontime, same time come thursday, see the beginning of some moisture creeping ever closer through north central pennsylvania, and because we are right on the edge, of where the back edge of the moisture will be, i do want to at least allow for shower chance north and west of the city specially. about the time the kids are getting out of school generally. then it looks like the bulk will bypass you. i would dare to say that delaware and southern new jersey don't see a drop of rainout of this. and even if you do, it is a shower. i don't think it will be the kind of day that requires an umbrella at all. meanwhile, looking at nicole, still tropical storm system across, well, right now just south of bermuda. no ex he can pigs that is cents to have any direct contact with united states, but it is out there. travel interest toward burr meade a, this will be important for you. current track expected to make another curvature, potentially to up category two status making its close path near
