"eyewitness news" reporter anita oh joins us live with the latest development, anita, good afternoon. >> reporter: good afternoon rahel and joe. very disturbing details emerging, authority found that severely burn body just before 8:00 this morning this an alley way off 2100 block of

east allegheny avenue, at this point authorities are unable to determine whether that was a man or a woman. taking a look behind me you can see part of the alley way in hi investigators focused much of their investigation this morning. we saw a lot of trash, burn area covering the ground there and after spending several hours, here investigators left the scene just a few minutes ago, and we can toss to video this was the scene when crime scene investigators and k-9 unit combed through this alley, right by a laundromat, many people using this morning. i spoke with the manager there who tells me outside surveillance cameras have been broken and were not working at the time and although officials obscured the crime scene with white sheets, many neighbors stood around in shock, waiting for any updates. one of them who has lived here for more than 40 years tells us that this alley is right here where her grandchildren play every single day. >> i'm like devastated. i'm fearful.

tells "eyewitness news" he is embarrassed after being caught with marijuana at philadelphia international airport. three time mayoral candidate says he bought a small amount of marijuana for weekend of fishing down in florida and put it in a briefcase. tsa agents discovered marijuana when he went through security checkpoint. police seized it and gave katz a $25 ticket which he says he will pay. mike mcqueary could testify in his whistle blower lawsuit begins penn state. mcqueary says school retaliated against him because of his testimony against jerry sandusky in his child sex abuse trial. mcqueary witt thesed sandusky abusing a child and reported it to the school. today they filed the jury trial this bellefonte, center county. faculty are on strike for third day at 14 pennsylvania state universities. union members and students supporters marched thursday at west chester university, and one of the school affected, most classes were cancelled. now the pennsylvania state system of higher education says that it is informally negotiating with the faculty

back on "eyewitness news" a five alarm fire sent two fire fighters to the hospital in chicago overnight. authorities say that the blast started at a tire yard and spread to other businesses next door. it was placed under control in one hours and both injured fire fighters are expected to be okay. the cause of the fire is under investigation. well, nfl's policy on player conduct are under fire after documents released a criminal investigation against josh brown giants kicker showed he admitted to abusing his wife. >> we will tell but critics who say nfl's one game suspension is not nearly enough. >> reporter: in his own words josh brown says that he viewed himself as god basically and she was my slave. the journal entry then e-mails were released by king county sheriff's office in washington state. as part of the investigation this a 2015 domestic abuse complaint. made by brown's now ex-wife, molly. in one entry brown wrote when i control her she should be invisible and satisfied.

there has been a couple rain drops but clearly blue skies moving through there as well. we are at 68 degrees at middletown ship high school. let me time stamp this out. we have had showers along jersey shore, that is the lone spot that had to deal with so far but we will get in this late afternoon toward time the kid are getting out of school. we are far inland in most suburbs likely to see first rain drops falling. the western berks county, out to kutztown for example we will see a bit of wet weather. it is not until late evening rush, and through overnight hours that we will see these scattered showers. it is not a huge batch of heavier rain and there will be pops of steady rain but scattered in nature. it could linger overnight and in the early part of tomorrow. so maybe as late as pushing lunchtime again, we will still have wet weather to track on storm scan. possibly even up toward these northern suburbs outside of philadelphia. so lets talk about the wind very quickly here tonight. it is starting to pick up as cold front crosses. tomorrow wind gusts as high as 35 if not 40 miles an hour in

some spots, so that means it will not feel much better then the 40's. so through the course of your saturday. i want to break this down with a couple of events coming up. of course we have friday football games going on here this evening. our friday football frenzy game of the week is cb east verse c.b. west. there may be a shower out there in time for kick off but temperatures are dropping off. by the time we have beach tomorrow 10:00 a.m. with meisha johnson and jim donovan who will be there. they will be bundled up. if you go out to that event, great cause. make sure you do the same. then you have your eagles game, sun will be shining for that. still breezy but not as harsh and it looks like it will be perfect football weather and would i say weather is certainly in the favor of our hometown eagles. we will look forward in the forecast and temperatures do go on a rebound, we will hit mid 60's on monday as well, but then another drop off for you here, upper 50's at best for tuesday and wednesday, but yeah, right now it looks like wetter period of the forecast comes tonight and into
