"eyewitness news" reporterral sand that hoff has been tracking these negotiations live from center city with more on where things stand right now, alex? >> reporter: well, as you know these talks continued until around 2:00 a.m., and they started up around 11:30 this afternoon. i have been told both parties paused briefly for a dinner break but still no deal has been reached. a major point of concern during day three of the transit workers union strike is potential for this, to continue on through election day. in a statement septa's chair hand pat dion says that the union should assure the public that if an agreement has not been reached it will suspend the strike on election day but as part of the fiery sons back today local 234 head willie brown stated quote not helpful is asking us to suspend the strike for election day, rather then talking about next week, septa and its board

conviction. jury found 46 year-old mark storm's guilty of voluntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment. he argued self-defense for fatally shooting robert braxton the third inside keystone fellowship church in montgomery villas april. storms was immediately taken into custody where he will await sentencing. a big welcome home for a fire fighter injured in the deadly house fire in wilmington. fire fighters line sidewalks as brad speakman was released from crozer helps terrmel center to day he suffered burns over 30 percent of his body while fighting a suspect arson fire september 24th. christopher leach and jerry fixes were killed in that fire. a second injured fire fighters arty hope remained hospitalized. it is coming down to the wire, the presidential candidates are pulling out all of the stops to win pennsylvania and other critical battle will ground states. donald trump's wife melania campaigned for the republican nominee in berwyn chester county today. she gave her first solo speech since the republican national
