restored by the start of service tomorrow morning. so, we will be continuing with everything that we get into the traffic department as we progress through the morning, but so far, this is what we are hearing, on our end right now. great news for you. all of you at home, which is many of you that have been waiting for. >> this so regional rails right now, how much, we are business as usual. we are already dealing this morning, monday morning delays. so thorndale, trenton train, 9701, bowling with 60 minute delays so far. rahel, jim, back to you. >> all right, meisha, thank you. again, good news for philadelphia commuters this morning. >> the week long septa strike is over. "eyewitness news" reporter tran dough is live at the union headquarters in northern liberties. good morning, frank. >> reporter: well, good morning, jim, rahel there. press conference is going on right in this room as we speak, as septa, as well as union officials confirm that they have reached a deal. we don't know all of the details of the deet real now. but we do know it is for five years. so, you should avoid this kind

of a headache for at least another five years. but we are also hearing that commute ers as soon as this afternoon, for the evening commute, could be able to pick up some trains and buses, trolleys, but, that service will slowly roll out and will eventually be back to full service by tomorrow. again, they are saying, that the market frankford el as well as the broad street line will be the first to kind of get back on line. i'm hearing at this point that workers are out and about now, this morning, stations, getting them ready for commuters. so this excellent news, again, if you are getting ready to go to work today, you'll have to wait and continue to use the alternate modes of transportation, but to get yourself to work, but when you get home, there is a possibility that you will be able to take public transit home. they are saying that at this point it is pretty much just pretty random where this service will start up again, and you just pretty much have to go and check and go to your
