shooting. >> philadelphia police on scene of double homicide in the oxford circle section of northeast philly. inside a home in the 1200 block of grieve i street, two women found shot in their heads. one of them, a disable and elderly woman, the other was in her early 40's, police found a gun but it is not clear if it is the murder weapon a man who possibly lived there let them inside. taken by police for questioning as a witness. back inside the house police describe what they saw. >> we found a 66 year old female suffering from at least one gunshot,, to her head. she was sitting in a wheelchair on the first floor. she was pronounced dead at 13:31 p.m. -- 11:31 p.m. second victim found on the second floor laying on the floor in the hallway. she was suffering from at least one gunshot wounds to her head. she was pronounced dead at 11:33 p.m.

commissioner rhard ross says what concerned him is how many times the detective shot the suspect. >> tom concerns because of the way the shots were the positioning and things like that, but at this time i'm ave someng very candid abo concerns about the discharge. >> officials have not released the suspect's name. the pedestrian, how much, is okay. police say a good samaritan used his car to prevent the suspect from hitting more people. >> close call for pennsville new jersey police officer during a traffic stop in salem county. it is caught on camera. the car slammed into the officer's patrol car on route 49 last friday night after he exited the vehicle to speak to driver he just pulled over. the officer's body camera was rolling, it shows the force the collision knocked him off of his feet. the crash seriously injured the female driver. the officer and the driver stopped were not injured. police are trying to figure out what caused the crash, but they don't believe that the driver was drunk.

>> diane king hall joins us from the new york took stock exchange, good morning, diane. apparently if you prefer a black car, you may have to become more open when self driving cars hit the road. why is that? >> that's right, good morning, rahel, jim, future of self driving car more likely to come in white or silver than black. it is because one of the cars key censors can more easily detect light colored vehicles which allows it to see other cars and avoid them. black car would require more censors, and cost more. jim, rahel? >> i always have regular light colored cars, because they're less dirty. you snow. >> you don't have to wash them >> i like black, but i understanded. >> mine is silver. i don't want to wash the car every week. so i understand there is a company that's trying to find new way to offer up meat without hurting live stock. what's this about?
