shooting. >> philadelphia police on scene of double homicide in the oxford circle section of northeast philly. inside a home in the 1200 block of grieve i street, two women found shot in their heads. one of them, a disable and elderly woman, the other was in her early 40's, police found a gun but it is not clear if it is the murder weapon a man who possibly lived there let them inside. taken by police for questioning as a witness. back inside the house police describe what they saw. >> we found a 66 year old female suffering from at least one gunshot,, to her head. she was sitting in a wheelchair on the first floor. she was pronounced dead at 13:31 p.m. -- 11:31 p.m. second victim found on the second floor laying on the floor in the hallway. she was suffering from at least one gunshot wounds to her head. she was pronounced dead at 11:33 p.m.

>> and detectives are knocking on doors to see if anyone heard or saw anything, also canvassing the area for possible surveillance right now. there is no motive or suspect. if you have any information, you're asked to contact philly pd. that's the very latest live in northeast philadelphia, chan tee lance, cbs-3, "eyewitness news," jim, rahel. >> thank you, chan tai. >> ty man dead following a shooting in chester county. shootepe after 10:00 last night. rushed to the scene and found the man lying on the grounds head.a so far, there have been no arrests, no clear motives.erwayo fatal shooting by off duty police detective in south philadelphia. about 7:30 a.m. at broad and bigler. authorities say manonda hit a pedestrian, got out of the car, got into a fight with the off day the detective pulled out a gun and fired several times. thetheetective was treated forehead injuries. now, philadelphia police

commissioner rhard ross says what concerned him is how many times the detective shot the suspect. >> tom concerns because of the way the shots were the positioning and things like that, but at this time i'm ave someng very candid abo concerns about the discharge. >> officials have not released the suspect's name. the pedestrian, how much, is okay. police say a good samaritan used his car to prevent the suspect from hitting more people. >> close call for pennsville new jersey police officer during a traffic stop in salem county. it is caught on camera. the car slammed into the officer's patrol car on route 49 last friday night after he exited the vehicle to speak to driver he just pulled over. the officer's body camera was rolling, it shows the force the collision knocked him off of his feet. the crash seriously injured the female driver. the officer and the driver stopped were not injured. police are trying to figure out what caused the crash, but they don't believe that the driver was drunk.

coming down for good portion of the night mainly read to go wet roads. we've seen some hint of the snow sticking in a lot of the neighborhoods. so we call on the eyewitness weather watch ers. i know you're up, i know you are warning, give us sense what you are seeing in the areas. i know a lot of the watchers across new jersey, but as the morning progresses, the snow is going to work its way back in. it should still be relatively light snowfall. so not going to have the opportunity with the amount of moisture let alone the amount of time it has to dump very much. worse, upward after inch in the city but will linger toward the time the kids are getting out of school. i don't anticipate necessarily any early school closings per say, but news and pm drive for sure, though this will start to clear out from the tail end of typical evening rush. here's what we're talking about, coating max up to two, in the city lower than that for sure, but very minimal system. it is not a major storm whatsoever. justice turn ands to help reinforce the cold, rounds of snow showers on tap for today. don't break out of the 30's, that's where we currently
