warrant. greg lyons shot and killed her to her brother at lexington, a location on sunday night. leon's wife was in the car with a man when he was shot. the woman was not injured. gregory on several restaurants in lexington, and was tied to paying bribes to two employees for being deported before they were arrested and held in jail. he was given probation -- probation for that, but tonight, he is being held in the lexington county jail. the dash-cam video here shows a deadly shootout between the police and a 21-year-old brewpub -- man. akc official -- they have cleared the police of any wrong doing. they were trying to arrest the

off -- he started shooting. the police returned fire and killed a man. both officers involved are back on the job. one of them was wounded in the exchange and is on limited duty as he continues to recover. both the sl ed investigation and an internal investigation showed no wrongdoing during that incident. a woman is in custody after making threats to a high school student. eliza robinson was in the parking lot of the school with a gun in her car. several students reported that she was making threats against them and others. she has been charged with unlawful use of a telephone and weapon on school grounds. she is not a student at kenan high school and was taken to a detention center. a fire and a local businesses under

was quickly put out. they make small arms for military and law enforcement. columbia police are looking for two suspects who stole a car and left the scene of an accident. police say that monday morning while it was running and getting warmed up. the woman noticed her car was missing and called her son who went looking for. he later spotted the car, and sign and shot at a man before two young thugs. they had changed -- took my have already within a matter of an hour and put a paper tag on it. it have more tags under the seat. there were going to do more stealing. the two suspects ran off after the crash. the police are looking for them tonight and say they could be juveniles. anyone with information should call crimestoppers at 1888- crime-sc -- sc.

. making headlines tonight, state democrats plan to use the upcoming primary to spark a minimum wage debate. it is time to talk about living wages in a state the ranks 46 in child poverty. two bills in the state would raise the minimum wage rate and -- repeal the right to work status. those bills would only hurt the economy and have virtually no chance of passing in the legislature.

there and in the upstate, we have mixing in with that rain a wintry mix of freezing rain, some sleet -- but we're done with that here. warmer air's going to prevail. we have a warm front that is slowly working through the midlands. look at what we're dealing with route central georgia. we have seen some lightning strikes with this. a decent amount of thunderstorm activity in central georgia as this works its way through the palmetto state. we expand the view north of the. back after this, springlike weather. believe it or not, this line of storms is heading this way, and yes, especially around 3 am, you could wake to the sound of thunder. it is looking to play out to give us a few rumbles of thunder overnight. the warm air expected to lift into the area. the colder air retreating to

the warm front has already cleared. freezing and charlotte, but these numbers are climbing as we head toward midnight. here's the way that it looks temperature wise. watch this green airmass lift as we go through tomorrow. the cold front will clear the area and we will be in a much more seasonal, turning springlike weather and -- weather pattern by the end of the week. we will post this at 7 am. down by then. will see quite a bit of sunshine, and see these clouds? counterclockwise motion occurs when you have low-pressure. we will see things moving from the northwest. as we pulls this around 4 pm, so more moisture. that is over tennessee and georgia and could slide through the palmetto state going into the overnight timeframe tomorrow. we will posit at 11 pm said the you can see just that.
