$1 million cash bail. michael mccarthy perboy -- her boyfriend is indicted on murder charges. >> thanks. breaking news at 5, involving actor bill cosby. l.a. district torn's office today declining to file criminal charges against cosby for two alleged sexual assaults. the da's office says that it reviewed both cases and found insufficient evidence to prove the crimes beyond a reasonable doubt. last month cosby was charged with sexual assault in pennsylvania. and developing news now in auburn war tractor trailer rolled over spilling plywood on the i-90 interchange. it took crews hours to clean up the mess. the good news is that no one was injured. also in a been we note body found along i-290 yesterday is that of a 48-year-old man. worcester county district attorney ace david laroche's body was found at bottom of a steep embankment i his family was searching for him. he got out of a car in the breakdown lane the night before the medical examiner will be performing an autopsy.
