authorized a capital murder charge against him. the officer who was killed has been identified as ashley gwenden. she was on her first shift saturday when she was shot. the condition of two other wounded officers is not known at this hour. police investigating a deadly crash after a driver crossed the median on route 495. the driver was killed instantly. the passenger is hospitalized with life threatening injuries. it was in a toyota when investigators say a driver of a toyota tacoma truck crossed over the median. it is unclear what caused the driver to veer off. he is a 41-year-old. he does not have life threatening injuries but is charges. a pilot now recovering

over trying to land in plymouth. yesterday he was practicing take-offs and landings, an exercise called touch and goes. a teenager who was near by taking flying lessons witnessed the accident. >> the engines revved up as loud as they could go and then dead silence and you heard the wings crash on the ground. >> the pilot was conscious after the crash. his injuries are not believed to be life threatening. in chatham there was an emergency landing for a small plane there. they came down without any landing gear hitting the ground on its belly. luckily no one was hurt. and tomorrow this campaign goes national. >> hillary clinton looking forward to super tuesday after a decisive win in south
