douglas conigliaro started to hide assets to avoid federal detection and their attorney said other charges of conspireacy were dropped. >> this makes it clear that carla and douglas drrks conigliaro had nothing to do wi activity. >> reporter: 64 people were injected with contaminated steroids with meningitis and died. the most serious charges were leveled against the president and the head pharmacist, facing attempted murder and racketeering charges and set to go on trial in january.
