a four alarm fire broke out on friday night. the firefighters say the flames were just a few feet from the street and they needed a lot of manpower to fight it. >> it's extremely different to get to because, of course, we have no roads or hydrants where the fire is. right now, we have a four alarm with the fire apparatus here. it's basely a four alarm fire the firefighters have to drag is hoses uphills, downhills over brush and rocks. it's very labor intensive. a glosser tour boat back at dock after taking on water. another boat was in the right place at the right time.

the restroom and urinate in the sink. >> he has been charged and could be arraigned as early as tomorrow. a shooting in dorchester was not appear to be random. mayor walsh is calling on witnesses to speak up. >> reporter: a deadly night in dorchester after two people are shot early sunday morning. >> we both in their 30s. the 36-year-old male passed away. i think the female, thank god, i think she is going to make it. >> reporter: the police do not believe the shooting was random. >> multiple shots were fired up close. hopefully, we can get whoever was responsible for this. >> reporter: neighbors say this

for a stronger police presence. in other news, a bad date has apparently prompted a crime. the boy and girl met online, but then they got into a fight so she called two of her male friends who were accused of breaking into a home they mistakenly thought was her date's house, well, it wasn't, so harvey is charged with breaking and a teacher in temple ton is now under-arrest for having an inappropriate relationship with a student. >> reporter: a teacher has been arrested and charged with obscene matter with a minor. >> i wasn't surprised. i wasn't surprised at all.

the girls. not that i knew he would do it, but i wouldn't put it past him. it's just a harder class, but he was a little bit strange. he was creepy. he favored the girls more than anyone else. he would come in and not make the girls do homework. >> reporter: according to officer received information about his actions which led to an investigation which revealed the teacher had a relationship with a former student and found out he was in a relationship with a current student. the police say he had inappropriate contact with students. he was arrested and arraigned on friday.

flames destroyed more than 100 homes in a fire east of los angeles. they were packing to leave when the flames got dangerously close. my husband was at work, i was there alone. it was 10:30, i looked out the window and seen the fire, because i had no way to get out oh. all of her animals survived except a cat wasn't able to make it out. 1200 firefighters are trying to put out the flame. the fire is 6 8% contained. we were talking about the different things going on with the wild fire, flooding, we have a drought. >> all about extremes. >> all extremes.

cash in what they are calling a stash house. right now a 24-year-old from med ford and this 26-year-old of dorchester are under arrest. four people had to be rescued by the coast guard after their sailboat caught fire and they had to abandon ship. everyone aboard inflatable raft when the boat caught fire. no one was hurt. a suppression system doused the flames. well, in a little bit over a week, the boston police are begin a pilot program testing body cameras. it's an effort to be proactive and curve what happened in minnesota from happening here.

level complaints. what do you make of that? >> well, i am disappointed with the leadership. i like pat rose and brian black. you know, they do a nice job generally, but i wish at least on things like the body cameras they would embrace that more, the mediation, they would embrace that more. i think that would be a big thing for our city. i have been a supporter of going to body cameras for a i have seen the power of video not only in the prosecution, but in the police shooting cases. these can be helpful. >> in the unfortunate event things things go off the rail. i have a lot of conversations with police officers and i think for the most part they

i often hear from gun owners. many of them, including people i know, responsible gun owners, reasonable people very upset at the attorney general's thoughts to expand the range of weapons for sale. are you with her? >> i i respect the right of law- abiding citizen's rights to bear arms. it's assault weapons and massachusetts is one of only six or seven states that ban the weapons. they were manufactured for the intent of killing human being. in massachusetts, our
