details coming up. good morning breana. >> reporter: good morning. not any major construction or road closures to tell you about this morning. we have what lot of those happening this week especially inside the o'neill tunnel but that wrapped up early today. that is live look at the expressway in dorchester. there's not too many people on the roads just yet. expect normal drive times if you are heading out soon and we willlet you know when things pick up. we are following several developing stories this morning for you. two people hit by a tow truck at a busy newton at least one of the victims suffered life- threatening injuries. this happened at the intersection of beacon street and langley road after 7 last night. the driver stopped so far no charges have been filed. right now braintree police searching for suspect after two men were stabbed in a movie theater parking lot. it happened around 7 last night at the amc braintree 10 theater. the victims two men from hingham both 36 they were rushed to south shore hospital

a warning from police of a sexual assault in jamaica plain -- of a sexual assault in jamaica plain. a woman says it happened around 1:30 thursday morning in the area of gay head and mendon streets. police urge people to be aware of your surroundings and when possible don't walk alone. if you have information on case call police. a 21-year-old man accused of attacking his 3-year-old nephew will face attempted murder charges in court. >> lincoln village apartment complex in worcester after getting a 911 call the boy was dead. >> he killed his 3-year-old nephew and locked him inside the apartment. >> the child has injuries on his face and neck but is alive and in stable condition. police say his uncle 21-year- old taj macdonald was walking the child -- mcdonald was watching the child while the father was at work. >> it made me scared because i figure if you can do this to

anybody. so i was just really really scared for my own kids and for everybody else's kids and i hope that little boy is going to be okay. >> >> he will be arraigned today ona long list of charges including attempted murder strange ligs and indecent assault. the department of children's and families is working with investigators. the fbi is involved in the investigation to a mother who went missing during a trip at sea with her son. policeer is afd search warrant at the ho middletown connecticut. investigators were seen taking bags filled with items from the home. they are looking into whether her son nathan played a role in his mother's disappearance. linda carman is now presumed dead. her son nathan was rescued sunday after spending 8 days in a raft. he says the boat suddenly took on water and sank. he denies any involvement in her des appearance. investigators are -- disappearance. investigators are looking at an

grandfather. he was killed three years ago. nathan was the last person to see him alive and was once a person of interest in the crime. this morning federal investigators are trying to figure out what led to a deadly train crash in new jersey. the train was going too fast when it came into the station. but it's unclear why that happened. a mother who was standing on the platform was killed. more than 100 others injured and this morning thousands of commuters have to find another way into rk jersey with the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: federal investigators will examine an event corder and video recordings from the new jersey transit train that plowed through the final stop into a waiting area in the hoboken terminal during thursday morning's rush hour. >> from the event recorder we hope to get speed and braking. >> reporter: the train razz moving at high rate of speed when it failed to stop. it continued beyond the tracks

welcome back 4:53. the search is on for two people wanted in home invasion in hanson. this is video from the incident yesterday. police say four men wearing black hooded sweat shirts broke into a home on main street in hanson before 11 yesterday morning. at least one of the men had a were ordered to shelter in place as police searched the area. >> seeing the policemen with the assault rifles coming from the woods in the back of the church and it scares you when something heavy duty is happening so much police presence which was awesome. >> police escorted school bus and the two men were arrested in connection to the home invasion. they will be arraigned this morning.

construction accident in georgetown. skyeye over the scene yesterday. the essex county da says a man was fatally injured while backing a excavator out of a garage he was pronounced dead at the scene. he worked for a utility construction company and his name has not been released. an update on a rescue in weymouth a woman found tied up at the bottom of a ravine lied to police she called around 8 saying left in the ravine. after the the rescue police began a immediate investigation into her claims and they say she now admits she made it up. no word if she could face charges. a woman knocked off her bike by a pedestrian in cambridge and this morning police are asking the public to help identified suspect. this is the man. police say he hit his shoulder against the bicyclist knocking her to the ground. it happened last week in inman square's. cord together globe the woman
