also breaking overnight a 22-year old syrian man detained in an alleged bomb threat in germany. a raid in his apartment turned up an explosive on saturday. police believe he was preparing a bomb attack. 2 suspects are in custody in connection with the murder and home invasion in orange. 95-year old hardy was killed last wednesday his wife 77-year d hospital with serious injuries. the suspects a 23 and 27-year old were arrested in virginia last night. the couple's stolen car was also found at a different location in virginia. the suspects are being held without the right to bail. it's unclear how soon they'll be brought to massachusetts. a 9-year old girl shot at a playground. this morning boston police are asking for those with help to find those who are

sunday morning when several gunshots were fired. a bullet hit her in the back and is expected to recover. 2 hours earlier a deadly shooting in roxbury. police say it happened on columbus avenue around 11 saturday night. the victim was a 19-year old man. a vigil will be held tonight for 5 high school students killed in a wrong way crash in vermont. >> they were on their w from a concert. their car caught fire and while a police officer tried to put out the flames police say the wrong way driver stole the officer's cruiser eventually causing a second crash hitting 8 cars on the same stretch of highway. witnesses describe the scene. >> wish i had some way i could help somebody because standing there seeing a car full of

our top story this morning the second debate between hillary clinton and donald trump. >> the presidential candidates spent most of the night attacking each other. trump used the words liar and devil when referring t while clinton said trump's comments about women reveal exactly who he is. the debates final question challenged the 2 to say something nice with about each other. >> his children are incredibly able and devoted and i think that says a lot about donald. >> i will say this she doesn't quit, she doesn't give up. i respect that.

today, clinton will be in michigan and ohio and michelle obama will campaign on clinton's behalf on thursday in new hampshire. the new hampshire race is one of the hotly contested race in the country. ayott explained her position yet. >> i cannot vote for donald trump based on what he said in those tapes and the actions he talks about talk about assault against women. and this issue i want -- i want my daughter to know where i stand and this is more important to me than winning any election. >> she says she will write in presidential candidate mike pence for president. for the first time massachusetts is offering early voting for the election.
