police could be seen going in and out of the apartment in the area of clarendon street and columbus avenue. here in the south end yesterday they collected evidence from inside the home and some pictures of the mailbox, the door, and a second entrance inside. the victim told police that the man broke into the apartment through a back window around 4:00 on tuesday morning and that the man sexually assaulted her and a second person inside the apartment. police say the suspect is a black man possibly wearing a hooded sweatshirt and multicolored camouflaged pants and was last seen running down claritin street. police are asking community members to be on the lookout and to call them with information. you can stay anonymous. he donna miler, wbz. police released images of a suspect in an attempted sexual assault. they say that it happened saturday afternoon near fitzgerald park admission help the victim told police that a man came up from behind and pressure to the ground and tried to sexually assault her before taking off. if you have information in either case, you are urged to call boston police. more developing news this

a new hampshire man held on bail in connection to the death of his 19-month-old stepson. prosecutors say that he left open packages of fentanyl in his apartment and those drugs may have killed his stepson. so far he has been charged with child endangerment. because of the death has not been determined but it appears that the drugs did play a role. that is why we are waiting for the toxicology results before we make determinations. >> he has a long criminal history including several pastor drug charges. he has a six-year-old biological son who is now in state protective custody. police say that a fugitive from washington dc was arrested in boston is now undergoing a mental health evaluation. he is accused of causing a
