. now, at noon one of massachusetts's most wanted captured and this teenager just faced murder charges. smith was added to t lift last week. >> the 16-year old was arrested just before midnight in connection with the july shooting death in fall river. want to get you out to the courthouse live. >> reporter: smith was 15 years old at the time of the this crime. he is now 16 years old and charged with murder after months on the run and being number 1 on fall river's most wanted list. he was just recently added to the

of him in court just a short time ago again 15 years old. he pleaded not guilty to 3 charges including that murder charge. smith, again, has been recently added to the massachusetts state police most wanted list. he was indicted last month and arrested just before midnight last night in connection with the shooting death of 29-year old cowen who was shot outside of his home and later died at in july. police have said they do not believe cowen was the intended target. i can tell you also another teenager was arrested and charge in this case back in july, but again smith just appeared before a judge. he is held without bail and due back in court in december. that's the very latest. . some breaking news to tell

father. the 25-year old lived with his father paul. last night police were called to their home. they found the 59-year old with multiple injuries and he later died at the hospital. anderson is being held without bail. a tentative deal has been reached at harvard university. the university said the settlement with its dining workers came after 1:00 this morning. dining workers are expected to vote on the deal work as early as thursday. . there is new information on the wrong-way crash that took the lives of 5 people. we know the names of the driver and victims killed. >> 4 young men were on there way back to school when they were hit. 2 of the victims have been identified by their families as 20 years odd craig digs and his

if you thought this morning was cold it's going to be 5 to 15 degrees colder tomorrow. current we're in the 40s for a lot of us and as you step outside the wind is gusty too. so most of us are seeing temperatures that are 48 in boston, but real feel is in the low 40s and that wind is 15 miles per hour at the airport right now but gusting occasionally higher so that does make it feel colder. 45 in manchester, still only in the up and middle to upper 40s out over the cape and islands as well. fair weather clouds so we don't have to worry about any precipitation today and tonight we dip back into the 30s. in fact cold enough at or below freezing in a lot of suburbs 38 in boston will be the coldest reading so far this season. i think we'll get below 40 tonight. freeze warnings are up in all the areas in blue.

november 8th. early voting is also underway in 30 other states including florida and that's where hillary clinton and donald trump will be campaigning today. donald trump has been critical of the media coverage so now his campaign has launched a nightly show on facebook it's called trump power live. it will air every night at 6:30 through election day. it debuted last night featuring 2 trump advicers. the campaign denied the show was a preview of p' network. one of the most closely watched raceses in the country and one of the most expensive a battle that could have a major effect on the balance of political power. jon keller has the exclusive details of a new poll on the new hampshire senate race. . >> maggie is going to be a great united states senator for new hampshire. . >> hillary clinton in new hampshire yesterday hoping to lift hassan to a win that could

right now sky eye live over the scene, a school bus has hit a house you can see the damage this is on quarry street. several children were on the bus but they were safely taken off the bus. they have been taken to the hospital with minor injuries. we have the chief on the phone with us what are you tell us about what happened? >> the bus was taking students home from school it was involved in a motor v accident. on the corner of quarry and kitter street. it appeared to be full of students but thankfully all the students were -- there were minor injuries we had 4 students transported from the scene to south shore hospital with minor injuries we had one civilian that was involved in the accident, another vehicle was also transported to south shore hospital again with minor injuries. at this point all the students were taken to the sons
