dedication to her work and the man charged with her death. >> someone like that would end her life. >> reporter: and her husband was behind the wheel of the car. he remains hospitalized with serious injuries. todd gurley is being held on $56,000 bail. reporting live from salem, new hampshire, i'm be apartment complex took her own life. at first they thought she might have been the victim of foul play. the district attorney and the police now say the death is not suspicious. the man accused of killing two police officers in iowa has been captured, the end of a massive manhunt. david begnaud in is iowa.

scott greene ended quietly on this rural road. he gave himself up to an employee of the state department of natural resources. >> he flagged down an employee of the dnr, presented his i.d. to that employee, and asked that the employee call 911. >> reporter: greene was wanted for killing two police officers, the first in his hometown of urban dale, iowa. and the second 2 miles away in police say both cops were ambushed. >> it definitely -- no opportunity to respond to the attack. they were both seated in their cars and were shot while sitting. >> reporter: the officers were identified -- and justin martin. greene was no stranger to law enforcement. he was issued a warning for trespassing at a football game at her daughter's hospital.
