head master. >> tim? >> reporter: christopher wheeler head of the tower hill school, a pre prestigious school. it was a big deal when arrested for possessing child pornography. acceptanced to 50 years. but delaware supreme court overturned the conviction. here's what i've learned. justices sided with wheeler, his attorney, when they argued police cast too wide a net on a search warrant and gave themselves free reign to look at everything in wheeler's electronic life. convicted for images on a imac that automatically stored cashed photos. the justices overturned the conviction and sent it back to lower court. insight how we're researching what happened today and what it means. i isn't an e-mail to tom foley,

winter chill tonight and into the weekend. we're tracking snow in the middle of that but tracking 70 degree temperatures or a portion of next week. beautiful sunset out there. high, thin clouds, down to 39. windy but not quite as windy as it was. 24 gusting to 32 miles an hour. enough wind to create a windchill. we'll see that through the night as temperature goes down. hour by hour, wind continues. we'll see that windchill drp to near 20. that's in philadelphia by tomorrow morning. it will be feeling like the teens in all of the suburbs. temperatures down near freezing mark in pottstown, redding, allentown, lancaster within a degree or two of the freezing mark. clear skies in eastern pennsylvania, clouds and snow showers in the west. that's got enough to do with the next storm. that's racing to the east.

and it's going to hit the east coast and intensify. as we go into the morning, it's cold enough for snow. temperatures are in the 20s. they only go through the 30s tomorrow. when you get a sunny day in march and it done get to 40, that is cold air. by tomorrow night, here comes snow. after the afternoon rush, after dinner time tomorrow, that's starting off with the light side. could be stickingen een on untd surfaces. friday evening rush, darker blue indicating heavier snow. once again, temperatures marginal. it's going to have to come down hard to stick on treated surfaces. even untreated surfaces may see it melt after daybreak, that strong march sun is going to be fighting off with the sfoe. you can see the darkest blue to the south where some of the heaviest snow may fall.
